What a perfect place to stay! Not only did Marco meet us and make us feel welcome, but he was extremely proactive and stayed in touch beforehand. Marco took pains to ensure we had all the information we would need about the area (dining, supermarkets, landmarks, transportation, emergency numbers, etc). This insight and direction was invaluable. The flat was easy to reach and convenient, with everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend Marco to everyone!

The location was great. Easy to walk to restaurants and local attractions. I really appreciated the fact that there were double windows, so when both are closed you can barely hear the people out on the streets. When we checked in we were missing a set of towels and they immediately got them to us. The shower in the primary was leaking out from under the glass when the water hit it, but I let him know and he said he would make sure that was fixed. The twin beds in the 2nd room are a little small and uncomfortable, a topper or something would go a long way to make it more cozy. Everything else was good.

Incredible wonderful place ! The best location, in the heart of Rome and at the same time very quiet, perfect to rest after a long day of walking. Close to every single attraction, plenty of grocery stores around. Bed and couch super comfortable and a very complete kitchen, I cooked there every day. We definitely will come back next time in Rome and recommend it 100%.

Family first stay in Rome. Great location and easy access to metro and train. Apartment was just great. The private patio was what we wanted. You will have everything in the apartment.

This was our third visit to Rome and first time staying in the Prati area. Massimiliano met us at the apartment and was very gracious and helpful, and we very much appreciated the morning check in after an early flight. Apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean, and the location was fantastic as we arrived on the first day of the Papal conclave and St. Peter's Basilica was just a short walk away. Massimiliano was an excellent host, and we were grateful for his help securing a taxi the morning of our departure! Thank you Massimiliano! We hope to be back again soon! Jeff & Jacki

Max is an excellent host with a fabulous apartment!! Centrally located within walking distance to shopping, dining and attractions, this is ideal place to stay in Rome. Max went above and beyond to make us feel welcome over email and with all the little touches one could desire upon check-in including, but not limited to: fruit bowl, cookies, coffee, orange juice, laundry soap, travel toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Travel crib was excellent with nice bedding. Lots of kids toys. Apartment is very large. 4th bedroom is very, very small and right off the kitchen. Not a deal breaker, and it is portrayed accurately in photos. Max and his team are highly responsive over text and were kind enough to arrange transportation for us to places we couldn’t walk to. We would stay with Max again in a heartbeat!

Location is good. Close to Vatican. It’s great that we can check in earlier but bags cannot be stored at the place after check out. Overall is great!

Minha experiência no Airbnb do Mario, em Pigneto, foi excelente. A localização é ótima, com tudo por perto: supermercado, bares e, principalmente, a estação de metrô a poucos metros de distância. Mario foi muito atencioso e acessível durante toda a estadia. A casa é bem equipada, com todos os utensílios necessários. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar lá. Obrigado, Mario!

De locatie is helemaal top. Midden in het oude centrum. Het appartement was heerlijk! Zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Tamara was heel vriendelijk.

Enjoyed staying at Diandra’s place. Very close to a lot of the amenities including Vatican City, which was 10 minutes away by walking distance. The place was very cozy and clean and we were not able to use the hot tub since we were always out but it was clean.

Janet was wonderful and welcoming, she was able to provide great deal of all amenities, even showed us where the grocery stores are, and suggested very affordable restaurants. Honestly the pictures don’t do justice to her place, it’s even more beautiful when you stepped in. Overall everything it’s at a fair distance by bus or metro, if you are staying for a week or more get you weekly pass and go everywhere you want, to be honest no need to get taxis. Metro pass wkly 24€ way cheaper. Remember to go to downtown historic centre just go up hill to via boccea cross the street and get the busses 46 or 916. Just check your google maps and plan ahead. Love the experience, you will too such a gorgeous city. Janet & Antonio are a beautiful couple truly helpful, kind and attentive. Thank you blessings.

Tomasso's property is conveniently located. A few minutes walk to the subway, with a train that takes you to a majority of the tourist attractions. The host was also very hospitable and forthcoming with recommendations.

The apartment is pristinely clean, and clearly a lot of thought was put into the little details that made our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location is amazing. Host is so helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this property. We absolutely love the area - away from the bustling tourists with delicious local restaurants, but still a quick and easy walk into the city center. The property is beautiful and private. We have an event this time next year, and once confirmed we’ll be staying here again. Have also recommended to friends.

Idéalement placé près du Vatican et près du métro. Nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. Petite terrasse agréable. Appartement cosy et très propre. Literie très ferme (peut-être un peu trop à mon goût 😅) Je recommande.

La casetta di Alice si trova in una piccola via, in posizione strategica per raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Roma. Inoltre Alice è stata molto gentile, permettendoci un check in anticipato e il giorno della partenza di lasciare i bagagli fino a pomeriggio inoltrato! Grazie Mille!!

We had a fantastic stay at this place in Rome! The location was perfect—within walking distance of many major attractions, which made exploring the city super convenient. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was excellent—very responsive and gave clear, detailed instructions on how to check in, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Cinzia was there to greet us when we arrived, and welcomed us like we were really her family. She made us feel right at home and showed us around the apartment, indicating important details. There were beverages, breakfast items, and snacks, which was very convenient and refreshing after our long flight. The apartment is located in a great neighborhood walking distance to the Vatican. The apartment is right across the street from a bus stop, which was also convenient. Cinzia also provided excellent information about the area; including maps and recommendations. She is the “BEST” host we’ve had so far and her place was perfect for our stay in Rome!

We feel blessed to find this location - it was perfect for our family of seven, including two grandkids. It was perfect, very clean and modern, comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of closet space, bathrooms immaculate. Kitchen has all tools and amenities available. Any noise outside was blocked out. Small elevator in the building helped with luggage. Frederico met us upon check-in, and was so helpful in many ways, suggesting local restaurants and advice on transportation. He was available during our stay for any questions that we had. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and can recommend this beautiful apartment especially to families. I appreciated that it was furnished well, but not overdone - this was important to us with two kids - much more room for them to spread out and play games, etc. It is also well lit for any middle of the night wanderings. WIFI worked well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
