Great neighborhood, silent and peaceful. Pristine apartment and the host was top notch, communicative and caring! Would definitely recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Andreina apartment, a recently well renovated farmhouse furnished with a mixture of modern and historic pieces. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Mathieu and Simona live nearby and were very attentive to our stay. It is always a better experience when the owner lives nearby and tends to the property rather than using an agency. The surrounding area is beautiful. The apartment is perfect for those looking to relax and who are looking to do day trips in the surrounding area. It does require a car. Supplies are available about 10 minutes away in a nearby town.

Had a great two night stay at Rosa’s apartment. The place was clean and well stocked. It is very easy to find and check-in went smoothly. It’s pretty easy to get into the city via bus, about a half hour. Thanks Rosa!

If I could give six stars out of five, I would. This place is lovely: beautiful inside, modern and clean, the hosts are friendly and flexible. Highly recommended.

Slightly secluded from the historic center but convenient to all amenities with the Cimoncino and Cimone slopes more or less equidistant. Apartment in a quiet and green setting with private fenced garden ideal for those with pets. Clean and functional environments. Alessia is always there if you need her. It was a pleasant discovery. We'll definitely be back. Also highly recommended by our furry four-legged friends😊

Beautiful quality and impeccable apartment. Very well arranged and comfortable. Very welcoming and voluntary family, always available and eager for the stay to go smoothly. Despite the good weather in April, the host left us the heating for the cooler nights, the attention was much appreciated. Really delighted with our stay and thank you to Simone and her kind family.

Very good location from which to explore Bologna, within easy walking distance to most points in the historic core. Everything matched photos and was very clean/well maintained. Hosts were exceptionally responsive and friendly. Peaceful with private garden area, well isolated from any street noise. Would definitely recommend.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

excellent accommodation to say the least: apartment as elegant as it is comfortable, equipped with everything you need, even more (the entire breakfast kit is very appreciated), very convenient parking a few meters from the entrance. Very quiet, safe area and a few kilometers from the city of Modena and the highway. Very helpful and courteous hosts and cohosts for every need. Excellent value for money. Accommodation, therefore definitely to be recommended.
