Completamente ristrutturato in un parco di 10.000 mq di querce secolari, tigli, ippocastani e tante varietà di piante di frutti antichi all’insegna della biodiversità. Posizione ottimale in campagna ma non isolata, a pochi km dalle zone di interesse turistico, a 10 Km dalla città di Modena e a 10 km dalla uscita dell’autostrada Modena sud. A 1,5 km si trova Il parco archeologico della Terramara.

Villa Agata, with a large private garden, offers a quiet and peaceful retreat while staying in the city. It is located in the Villa Verde area, 10 minutes from the historic center and 5 minutes from the S. Maria hospital. The house is spacious and welcoming, with several spaces available (large kitchen, living room with fireplace, veranda). There is no breakfast service; coffee, tea, herbal teas, cookies and rusks are always available, offered by the property.
