Holiday rentals with breakfast in Modena

We really enjoyed our stay at Alberto's house. The park is beautiful and the house very comfortable and well-equipped. Alberto is charming and always attentive to make sure our stays go smoothly. The house is close to Bologna and around the house there are beautiful walks.

Elisa's accommodation was as described. A cozy little apartment with everything you need for a stay. On foot you were in about 20 minutes in the center of Bologna, there was also a bus connection almost directly in front of the house. The area was nice and quiet. Elisa responded quickly and gave recommendations for Bologna. All in all, a great stay!

Practical and effective accommodation, especially if you need a good place to spend the night. A friend of mine and I have already stayed in this room last year, and it was again a guarantee, from all points of view. Quiet and above all strategic location to quickly reach surrounding areas and cities. Professional host, friendly and always available to give advice or useful information.

We had a great time in this apartment! The hosts were very kind and always available for any need, making the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is right under their home, but we had all the privacy we needed. The interior is an open space, but very large, well-kept and welcoming: you can immediately breathe a warm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a few days of tranquility. The only small aspect to consider is that the bathroom is not located inside the apartment, but in an adjacent common area. However, it is still reserved for guests and is easily accessible. Overall, a great solution that we recommend to those looking for a quiet, clean place with really caring hosts!

We booked at very short notice and Romina made it possible! She welcomed us very warmly and explained everything really well, even a bottle of wine was cold for us. She is very friendly and her tips were great! We would never have tried the food truck and it was soooo delicious! She was always available and asked how we were doing. The furnishings are lovingly selected, everything fits together. From the glasses to the large mural in the bedroom, everything is very harmonious We would book with Romina again at any time.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

I had such a wonderful stay! Definitely a little jewel of an attic. Train station is a few steps away and easy to get to the central with a 10min train ride. Restaurants, stores and a park within mins of walking distance. Katia was quick to help providing recommendations and answering any questions. I recommend this space 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

Had a really great stay! Place was spotless, nice place to come to after a long travel day. A little bit of a drive to the city square, but there is a bus that is easy to grab. Would stay again!

This was a lovely spot! It's a great bnb and I would totally recommend to others. The location was perfect for center city activities, and even a walk out to the San Luca church. Our hosts were responsive and very friendly.

Lira greeted us, we communicated via Google translate app. She gave great local restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. Room was spacious, comfortable, with extra linens and king bed. En-suite bathroom, plenty of hot water. Large breakfast, farm fresh, served by host. Great coffee, pastries and farm products. Staying at Guilia's gorgeous apartment was one of the best decisions of my trip, Apart from the fact that the apartment (and Guilia!) are stunning, it's in the perfect location for exploring Bologna on foot. I walked to the train station with my suitcase and other bags. It's not far. Around the corner from Guilia's apartment is a vibrant street with many bars frequented by lots of 30 something locals. I had the most amazing wine and vegetarian lasagne surrounded by the joyful sounds of people laughing and chatting. The old town isn't far away and even though there are road works at the moment it's well managed and easy to get around. Guilia's apartment is big and light. The bedroom has its own personal bathroom with a fantastic shower and the room is equipped with hangers, a dressing table, huge comfy bed and fresh towels. It was perfect! Guilia is a wonderful artist and works from her home studio. She is warm, friendly and super helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Our stay at Ilaria's apartment was really nice – there was everything you need, from a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom and a nice breakfast in the morning. We had a good time and we were super thankful for the easy and friendly communication and for Ilaris' help and support with getting a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay.

The house was perfect for my family, warm and cozy, every room with its bathroom and kitchen all at our disposal, we had a beautiful vacation! Perfect logistics situation, the right distance to the center. Parking for the car is very close. Thank you
