Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Modena

Alfredo's apartment was exactly as described. Alfredo was a great host, he responded immediately to questions and communicated proactively. The location was great, about 10 minutes to the Old Town. We would stay with Alfredo again if we came to Bologna.

We stayed 6 nights at Ivan’s place and it was perfect! Ivan was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. There is plenty of room, great air conditioning, a washer and dryer. There is absolutely no neighborhood noise unless you choose to open the windows. You are right in the heart of restaurants, bars and shops near Piazza Maggiore. We loved our stay here and would definitely choose it again the next time we are in Bologna!

Absolutely beautiful apartment , not far from anything . The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want for a short stay . Great transport links for the station . A very short distance to walk to the centre of Bologna with its May bars and restaurants . Allessandra as a host is very responsive and friendly . Thank you for a great stay .

Great apartment, super central and lovely interiors. Walkable to everything and in the thick of it but felt very secure and quiet at night. Sara&Gabriele were very responsive and let us leave our luggage early and late as we were only there one night - also gave local recos. Thank you!

Great place to stay in’s very good location. It’s quiet and dark at night which is great for sleep. It’s super close to everything you need. Very comfortable and safe place to spend some time. Highly recommend.

Easy to find! Near by the train station. I had a bit of a hiccup with my medication while traveling the co-host made sure I was covered. I really enjoyed my stay, and would highly recommend to anyone else who may have doubts or want to book! 11/10 would stay again :)

We stayed in a lovely villa in a quiet village. The house is spacious and well equipped: a large living room with garden perfect for grilling, a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a small gym with bathroom on the third floor. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Easy to find parking spot and serene environment. Highly recommended!

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Had a lovely stay. The house is large and there is a good useable outdoor space. Great place to explore the region but you do need a car as resturants and supermarkets are not in easy walking distance. There are a lot of steps to the upstairs bedroom which have 2 single large beds but it is large with a lovely big window. The down stairs bedroom is lovely and large. The kitchen area has everything you need. The shower took a bit of time to get used too but perfectly usable. Michela was very welcoming and helpful.

Marco and Pia are amazing hosts! Their home is very well done and very comfortable! We had everything we needed! Walking distance to the train, which was convenient for us!!

Great apartment! The host was very helpful. The apartment was complete with everything I needed. I was able to go to the fresh market and make a nice meal from scratch in the kitchen. It was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend it!

Everything was perfect during our stay. The host was very friendly on our arrival and in the previous days as well. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, with everything you need and even more. The building and neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting after days of walking. Bellissimo appartamente!! This was such a wonderful place—modern, airy, spectacular! Wonderful layout with two lovely terraces. There were 4 of us in the group and we felt like we had a ton of space, beds were so comfy, great water pressure, plus washing machine! Walkable to the best parts of Bologna. Mattia was a wonderful host, very receptive and patient with us. We adored this place and highly highly recommend.

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just a few minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee in the sun in the morning.

We had a great stay. The apartment was nice and clean - looked just like the photos. The shower was fantastic. We had our ten month baby with us and the host kindly provided a travel cot and high chair which was much appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent and was quick so to answer any questions we may have. We would happily stay at this apartment again.

I cannot say enough great things about Damiana and her lovely home! She could not have been more responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Her place was a perfect home base for our Bologna vacation - great location with lots of locale flair and close enough to all the great touristic sites you’ll want to visit in Bologna. Would definitely book again!
