Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mjörn

The house was as described. We had a good time with 4 kids discovering the house, animals and lake near by. We were even able to rent the boat from Erik. The house offered enough space for us to hang out and even some toys for the kids.

I can’t recommend Christina’s stuga enough! I loved staying at her place, she is an exceptional host, always reachable, generous and super friendly. The stuga is perfectly clean and cozy, you have all utensils you need for cooking your meals in the kitchen. It is located in Christina’s garden so it feels very secure but also private at the same time. The surroundings are great for hiking either on the Gotaleden, Bohusleden or other tracks. The public transport around works really well. I felt like home and will definitely be back! Thanks Christina!

It was my 4th stay at Britt's cottage in one year, so I knew what to expect. Always convenient, clean and well-equipped!

We had the most amazing stay at Lennarts cabin, and they made us feel very welcome and at home from the beginning! We loved spending time in the nature, swimming in the lake, relaxing in the sauna, fishing etc. etc. Very recommendable!

Great place, just like the photos and description. We had a wonderful and relaxing time while there, and got very lucky to get some sun during most of or days there.

Beautiful house with lots of windows, so you have a beautiful view and lots of light. Anything you need is present. Then he welcomed us and gave us tips for walks. The island is beautiful and quiet. We saw deer and foxes every day during our walks. The seafood restaurant is nearby and recommended. Don't forget to bring some groceries because there is no shop on the island.

We were a group of 10 friends from different countries and came for a long weekend together. We had a great time at Annika and Jonas’ place. Their house is beautiful and well arranged, modern but still with the vibes from its history. The house and its surroundings have many amenities (hot tub, sauna, kayaks, …) and it was great to be so close to the water and nature. It’s also easy to do groceries in the nearby town. Going by public transportation may be possible but a car would be recommended. I can only highly recommend this house for a group of friends or with a family. We loved it!!

Perfect accommodation for two. Everything you need is there and the balcony with afternoon and evening sun is really lovely. Although the accommodation is in a smaller residential area, it feels very secluded and private. No transparency. It is also a good place to start if you want to discover the west coast. The accommodation is fresh with comfortable beds and a comfortable sofa.

A wonderful place that invites you to stay. The hosts are very welcoming and keep the apartment very comfortable and clean. We'd love to stay longer next time.

Caroline provided great instructions and was very helpful in her communication. She was always friendly and her apartment is very charming and cute. You will get a cozy, Swedish vibe from this place. Highly recommend.

Bright and fresh accommodation with beautiful interior details. The best thing about the apartment is the large living room. Perfect for relaxation and recovery. Spacious bathroom that also has a washing machine. The kitchen, on the other hand, is quite small, but there is everything you need. Friendly and extremely helpful hosts who go the extra mile to make you feel at home.

It felt very fresh and nice despite smaller surfaces. It's nice to be able to use your seating furniture outdoors. The bathroom was even nicer than the pictures, fancy. Highly recommend Tom's accommodation and hosting.

The accommodation was fantastic and we had a wonderful time there. So cosy and you can really unwind. The garden is also beautiful. We also highly recommend checking out the tips in the area. For example, Stora Dyrön or the forest where you can hike and eat lunch. Everything is very lovingly detailed. We recovered very well in the 2 days there. I recommend this accommodation 100%!

This was well worth the price to stay here. It's located at the top of a hill, overlooking a bay with beautiful cliffs and wetlands. You can have your dinner watching the sunset or breakfast watching the sunrise, and it's just as easy to view from inside the living room as in the backyard, or even the master bedroom. Every convenience is available, including laundry, dishwasher, cooking and dining acoutrements. The beds are comfortable, and it even has a sauna, though I didn't use it. For me, the location was beyond perfection. Total peace and quiet, without being too far from civilization. Having a car will make life easiest here, but it's actually not so far from a bus stop that goes to the wonderful island Marstrand, or in to Ytterby & Kungälv where you can get anything you need. Nearby are lots of great nature watching sites, and trails. Plus the ocean is a 5 minute walk down the hill. I love this place!

Annika is a great host. We stayed in the apartment for just over 3 months and have nothing but good things to say. Always helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this accommodation for both a short and long stay.

An accommodation we recommend in every way! The apartment was nice, well cleaned and equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful for a good night's sleep and at the same time close to the bus stop, to easily get to the city. We'd love to come back!

We stayed at the apartment for a week. Smooth and flexible check-in with clear instructions. Very nice and quiet area where you can quickly get to town. The apartment was simple and tidy. Since it is a basement apartment, maybe a little low ceiling should be added. The host responded quickly when we were wondering. Nice neighbors.
