Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Lovely guest house, completely renovated in 2026 (approx. 30 m2), with 150 m to a lake for swimming/fishing. Walking distance (1.6 km) to the town and train station, which, among other things, takes you to Gothenburg in about 35 minutes. Two people can stay here comfortably in a double bed (160), and if needed, there is a sofa bed (150) if you prefer separate sleeping areas. Fully equipped and newly built apartment (2021) in a separate cottage by Lake Mjörn, just 30 km from Gothenburg. The lake view from your own patio is amazing and the surroundings as well. The space is about 30 square meters and can accommodate four people. Very fresh and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Sverigeleden in front of the house and private parking make the accommodation easily accessible. 200 meters to Lake Mjörn, which is good for fishing, swimming and a beautiful environment!

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
