Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.

There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. The train station is a 5 min walk away and the trains take you to Alingsås in 10 min and Gothenburg in 20 min. There’s a rocky beach and a sandy beach close by. Lots of forest and meadows to stroll around. Perfect for a group of friends or family.
