The designer loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for exclusive use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Diese ländliche FEWO im 1 Stock verfügt über einen schönen Garten mit Außensitzbereich in dem Gäste entspannen und die ruhige Umgebung genießen können. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen direkt am Haus zur Verfügung. In dieser Unterkunft werden Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Stall wohnen noch Meerschweinchen, Hühner und eine alte Katze

This quaint alpine hut is located on a small clearing in the middle of the forest in a secluded location. The cottage sleeps up to 10 persons and is fully equipped. There is running water and also hot water. There is electricity at the cabin that is generated and stored by a PV system. (here must be handled sparingly with the existing energy) If you are looking for an adventurous and nature-loving accommodation, you will have your pleasure here.
