Local similar to the photos, previous guests left earlier and Diogo was able to clear the entrance to the apartment earlier for me as well.

I was with my family now in March, the apt matches the photos, very clean, comfortable mattresses, air conditioning in the bedrooms , everything perfect. Valdir's super gentle and attentive village, he replied quickly, has a raid right in front of the building, my grandson loved the pool, a perfect trip.

We had a great stay. The place is faithful to the photos, everything super new and clean. Katia was sensational, the city was in chaos due to the holiday, and it was extremely necessary for us to enjoy it. It was flexible both at check-in and checkout, super friendly, I highly recommend her space.

The hostess is super solicitous and friendly and the space has met all expectations.

Ap very good, good location, missing only utensils in the kitchen,one of the rooms is smaller than it looks in the photos and has a lot of long jellyfish,but in all windows and doors it has anti insect screens.

Our stay was great! Fábio and the perfect host wife, always available and super requested! The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, but the size of the pool by the photo gives the impression of being bigger. Very beautiful view to the beach! No more, the rooms with air conditioning and mattresses in perfect condition. The simple toilets (1 suite upstairs and 1 downstairs), but they do well. The neighborhood is a little away, but by car arrives super fast on the beaches and downtown. There are 2 markets in the neighborhood that meet the needs of everyday life very well! I recommend it!

Our stay was peaceful. The house corresponds to what is shown in the photos and is the ideal place for a person or a couple. Two minutes walk from Enseada Beach (a spacious and calm sea beach, which we particularly love), there is not much nearby trade, but we found a market on the road a 10min walk. The house is in a small village with other houses, but we had no problems with noise or privacy; on the contrary, we could hear the sound of trees, birds and waves. The outside is quite beautiful, with quite green. Also, Host Victória was very kind and helpful: we had to extend our trip one night and she was quite understanding of our situation. Thank You Vic! Picinguaba is a beautiful and quiet place. For those who like beach without agitation, rest and contemplation of nature; it renews body and soul. The house is a cute, very cozy, all-equipped, as per the announcement. Everything is well organized, from the first with Marília, which gave us valuable directions as to the place. Mrs. Lucia, who received us, was very attentive and helpful. These were wonderful days!!!!

Very quiet stay, well located, pharmacy, market and restaurant nearby! 25 minutes walking from downtown Paraty to the house. The Host responds fast, clean environment, everything working. Good kitchen utensils.

We had an amazing experience at Clebio's rented house . We were super welcome, the house was impeccably clean and is exactly the same as the photos of the listing. The atmosphere is super cozy, perfect for staying with the family. Fátima was extremely attentive and flexible with the time of entry and exit, which made all the difference. For sure, we recommend the stay and we have already planned to come back more often. A wonderful experience!

We were there from January 2-5, 2025 with 7 people, 6 adults and 1 child. The house is exactly as advertised: clean, full of utensils for use, especially in the kitchen. All rooms with air-conditioning. Quiet and safe street. Very close to good beaches, 20 minutes from the historic center of Paraty (by car). The host was very helpful. One of the best we've ever had. She answered all questions very quickly and indicated options for tours and nice beaches. Thanks a lot!

The house is great. All clean, organized and complete with the necessary items for a good stay. The whole house is air-conditioned, being a great differential. Marcos was a very proactive, attentive and communication host was quick and efficient. The location of the house is within easy drive access to the Paraty Center, about 15 to 20 min. Would recommend it!!

Excellent local, clean, well located, easy check-in and communication, air-conditioning work perfectly. It was super worth it. The only thing missing is that there is no filter in the kitchen, so it is necessary to buy water.

Impeccable apartment, all well-maintained and clean. Well-equipped. Great private outdoor area for a BBQ. Smart TV in the living room and conventional in the bedroom. Great air conditioning fixtures. Cooled Water Filter, Air Fryer. Extra bed and single sofa under the double bed. The condo is very nice, great swimming pool, great parking, toy library, indoor heated pool, game rooms. And with great ease of going to the beach and return with showers for removal from the sand. I recommend.

Estadia was amazing. Marcos always responded quickly and answered all my doubts. The house is excellent, cozy and with the feeling of being at home. The house is also close to the market, pharmacies and the most important which is a few steps from the beach. Regina was also incredible and has always helped us when we need it. Our stay was great and we will definitely return
