The house is 150 meters from Cepilho beach. The street does not reach the house yet, but they have a parking space available below. To get to the house you need to climb a steep staircase. It is good to bring little luggage, and preferable backpack than a suitcase. the ascent may be tiring but the look pays off.

We had an incredible experience at Sitio dos Tucanos. The space is beautiful, cozy and extremely tasteful. Incredibly well-equipped. It has great kitchen utensils, all the electronics. The room is cozy, firewood was available for the fireplace, blankets were available in the room. The bathrooms are a show in themselves, with towel warmers and bath products available. The host responds quickly and always asks to help. The bedroom bed and all the bedding are excellent. The outdoor area has a beautiful garden and a deck for exercising and enjoying a little sun. I took my little dog Gaya and she loved it because we did the trail that is behind the house with a breathtaking view. We also enjoyed the Lavandário de Cunha, which is a few kilometres away and is a must-see. The restaurants in the area are wonderful and super easy to access. We count the days to go back.

The house is simply sensational! Very comfortable, well equipped and perfect for resting with the family. The view is wonderful, the ones that we miss just looking at the photos later. The beach is very close, with easy access, and the best: it was empty and super pleasant, ideal for going with children in all tranquility. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout the stay, made us feel right at home. I would definitely come back more often and I recommend with my eyes closed!

Indescribable feeling of peace and comfort, as the bed, bed linen, pillows, towels, everything was very clean and of high quality. The details that make the difference in a stay. We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful place. The location is excellent—right on the beach with direct access to the water, and surrounded by a quiet, green area. It felt very private and was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The loft was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a cozy patio where we spent a lot of time just hanging out and enjoying the view. It’s an ideal spot for a couple looking to relax and recharge. Thiago and Paula were fantastic hosts. Communication was excellent—they were always quick to respond, helpful, and made us feel really welcome. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into making sure guests have a great stay. This trip was very special for us, and staying here definitely made it even better. We’d love to come back and would recommend it to any couple looking for a quiet and comfortable place by the beach.
