Holiday rentals with a pool in Middle Beach

The place was beautiful with an incredible view—just what we were hoping for. It was clean, cozy, and felt very welcoming. Edenir was a wonderful host and very responsive throughout our stay. We’d love to come back!

Beautiful, secluded spot with stunning views. The home is clean, modern, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. It’s about a 10–15 min drive from town and the road can be tricky, so a rental car is a must - but totally worth it for the peace and scenery! Paula was also a great host and extremely communicative. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

Our stay in Paraty was simply wonderful, and much of that is due to the incredible house where we stayed. The house is exactly as in the photos – or even more beautiful in person! Very well decorated, modern, with spacious, comfortable and charming environments. Everything was impeccably clean and organized, with a very welcoming energy. The structure of the house provided us with very pleasant moments of rest and socialising. Every detail has been carefully thought out, from the lighting to the utensils available. We really feel at home, with all the comforts we could wish for. The host was attentive, helpful and very kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Undoubtedly, it was one of the best accommodations we've ever had on Airbnb. We strongly recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

Our stay in Paraty was excellent, the accommodation offered by Matheus is perfectly located, close to the historic centre and the beach. The house is clean and functional. Looking forward to staying again.

great house! is very worth a lot. I only recommend that you use a car because it is more comfortable to get out of the house and go to the beaches, to the center etc. but this is normal in Paraty itself. Uber may be difficult to achieve and even quite expensive eventually. but the house is perfect

Our stay was super quiet, the host always requests and willing to help, the space clean, smelling, with all the clean and smelling bedding. The apartment is super well equipped, has everything you need to stay quiet. For those traveling with a child a positive point is the space that has the extra for being on the ground floor. Imagine a tranquil, beautiful, calm and perfect place to rest and, even better, it is very close to the historic center, beaches, walks, shops, supermarkets and various businesses...: the Condominium is all that!!! We spent special days, to the sound of birds, visits from monkeys and overlooking a lake, pool and garden, which provided us with incredible and special moments, full of peace and tranquility!!! Alain is very helpful and flexible, the house is equipped and organized with all the utensils we need for a good stay.
