Amei !! Everything very clean, organized, great space, with plenty of kitchen utensils that helped us a lot !! Only one addendum, the entrance door of the ap. We're making noise when it comes time to open, but that's all it is.

Exactly as in the listing. The apartment is taller than the others, providing more privacy.

Marcio was a great host, it was available the whole time. Our stay was great the apartment is like the photos, spacious with good showers, air-conditioning and working wifi, the staff of the TBM building were very kind. We love the apt for being so close to the beach and a quiet street without noise at night, very well located. We will definitely return!!

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

We spent great days, very well accommodated. The house is really everything it shows in the photos, beautiful, with great space to gather friends, enjoy a barbecue and nature. Ninha and Toninho are very receptive, kind and care very well for the house and the guests.

Hellen's house delight! All clean and neat. And the beach is a grace! Tranquila, beautiful and with a community of fishermen (small and safe). Our stay at the beach house at Enseada was excellent! The house is large, well cared for and very comfortable, with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. A special highlight goes to the homemade Fabiano and his wife who were extremely kind, helpful and always available to help us with whatever we needed. It was a wonderful experience and we would certainly return. Super recommended!

We spent 8 days in the apartment and it was just amazing. It's exactly like the photos of the ad, air-conditioning in the living room and room in perfect working room, all the necessary kitchen utensils, wonderful location, practically shore and the space of the apt was great for my family, we went in 3, including a child! I would like to mention also how wonderful the host, Sônia, was wonderful with us! We need to change the date of the trip and it was extremely understanding and helpful! Not to mention that every time we need to contact her, she was on standby to meet us to answer questions, provide assistance and provide all the necessary information! Surely made our stay even better! The host's impeccable treatment and amazing fit too! It's a perfect combo! They were wonderful days in this apartment and we hope to come back more often! Very beautiful place near several restaurants... At night we do everything on foot. The apartment is great, the mattresses had covers and are very comfortable!

Excellent locale, befitting the listing. The clean, comfortable and organized house is a quiet condominium with a swimming pool, parking and a location close to the beach. The host, Mr. Luiz, sent us important information and tips about the location. The housekeeper/caretaker, Sr Thiago, welcomed us very well, very helpful, polite and attentive. It all went very well from check-in to check-out.

The apartment is wonderful! Everything very clean, organized. The kitchen is super equipped, bathrooms, very good rooms. The location is excellent… close to everything! I loved our stay, ap. Perfect, everything new and the great space, I was surprised, much more than expected… everything I needed to cook (bowls, dishes, etc.) had to spare. The easy access location is very quiet, Mr. Quite requested, mt gentleman… If I have the opportunity I will come back other times, I recommend it!

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.
