The stay was incredible! Everything that was in the ad was real, like, all clean, organized and safe. Thalita is super good people, the place is perfect, close to everything, and the house is a cuteness, mega comfortable. We loved everything, you even wanted to live there. Super cozy! You can walk to the center, like, 10 minutes. There is everything close: market, bakery, pharmacy, Casas Bahia, Americanas... everything we need! The house has all the necessary utensils, including airflyer. The Hosts are super attentive too, even left us some delicious rosquinahs, very kind of that.! Worth too much! You helped make our trip amazing! The house is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Congratulations

the house is cozy, excellent. as the pictures show. it is large , great rooms with fan and air conditioning. clean kitchen with everything you need, the backyard is beautiful,brings a calm peace, a good pool. and Zenaide a dear, very friendly, polite, answered whenever I needed. We have everything, and is close to the beach doa sapê which is a peaceful beautiful beach. We will always return

We host very close to 2 beaches - Tenório and Praia Grande... close to barzinhos, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy, easy access to carnival , very attentive host all the time... super recommend and return to host,

Great stay. Perfect for a couple and with a wonderful view. Well-equipped kitchen and communication was great. When we needed it, we were promptly attended to.

Good place to stay in Ubatuba.

House 13 is super cozy, organized and clean. It features cooking utensils and barbecue. Nice and clean pool, I loved it. It was me, my husband and our niece(child) and the house super met our needs and expectations. It has a good location, being close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and etc. Bairro bemossegado. The host Andrea is very cordial, leaving us at will. Thanks so much, we really like the days we spend in your house, as soon as possible we want to come back more times!

Super pleasant apartment and the condominium with wonderful leisure area! The kitchen with new utensils and everything very clean. Air conditioning functioned perfectly. The barbecue hood does not work very well, but nothing that prevents you from making a beach barbecue. Raiane and Rosana super friendly helped us with all the questions!

By far this is one of the most paid off Airbnb! The Super Helpful Host helped us with all the questions, very polite our stay was fantastic, I recommend this House , great location , we were able to get to know the main beaches close to everything. We had a great stay, the house was clean and according to the photos and description. The clean pool and the house exceeded our expectations. Great location, the pool seems to be bigger in the picture but nothing we don't enjoy.. the rooms are great, 3 bathrooms help a lot. I didn't have a lot of canvases for the barbecue.. but everything was great, Paraty is beautiful.

We spent part of a week in the Guilherme structure. From the beginning we answered clearly and cordially. the place is great, has two markets and restaurants on the corner. In addition to being a 5 minute walk from the beach. We feel at home, even with a baby and a small dog (Here enjoying the house has a kennel). We will definitely return!!

The house is exactly like the photos, it is brand new, including furniture and utensils. The mattress is very new and comfortable and the bed and bath linens are premium line. Spotlight for cleanliness, impeccable! I'll be back for sure! Thanks to Stella and team!

Local is exactly like the listing our friend Carlos is a helpful person and helps us in everything that is necessary! place surrounded by mountains and close to the best beaches of Paraty... Sensational cost benefit!! The best was our neighborhood we were lucky... Just families, which was very top of our coexistence! For those looking for a nice place as an affordable value... It's worth it!!

The house is beautifully located, super close to the historic center of Paraty and very easy to find. The house is clean and airy and we love the kitchen with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare our coffee and meals. Michelle is very quiet to contact, has given all the information and has always been available. We have nothing to complain about and the house has become our point when we visit Paraty again.

The home is beautiful with amazing views and a short trail away from a beautiful beach. The room was clean and was well represented in the photos. The house keeper was very friendly and for a small fee purchased groceries and prepared breakfast for us. Her husband also took us on boat trips to local restaurants and a small store on local islands. The road to the house is hard to locate and even harder to drive. There are deep ruts, rocks, and there are very steep sections. I’d strongly suggest a four wheel drive vehicle. If it rains you may have a hard time making it to and from the house. We would also suggest that you bring groceries with you, as there are no restaurants or stores nearby without taking the difficult road back to Paraty, or hiring a boat. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location.
