We thank Christine for her warm welcome and kindness! The house is superb, very well equipped, close to everything. In addition, the place is very quiet. We had a wonderful stay.

Claire and Alex are very friendly hosts and were available for questions and tips throughout the trip. The house has everything you need and has a perfect location with large garden. Walking distance to beach and downtown. Had a very nice holiday. Merci!

We had a great weekend with the family at Raphaël's. The house is very nice, quiet, with a large fenced garden perfect for children to play in peace. When we arrived, everything was ready: the beds made, the beds for the babies set up... It was really very nice. The large terrace was a real plus for our outdoor meals: we loved enjoying the outdoors all together. Communication with Raphaël was simple and fluid from start to finish. He was able to adapt to our requests with great responsiveness and kindness. We leave delighted and will keep this address for our next weekends in Lit-et-Mixe.

We had a 3 night stay here and wish it was longer! Such a clean and peaceful place. Super close to the beach to catch some waves, eat good food and simply enjoy the beach or go for a walk in nature. There was a massive fridge, nice if you’re with more people and want to have a nice bbq night. We were only with 2 and the house really felt like coming home. Indoor and outdoor. Nice spot for my morning Yoga and breakfast in the sun. The overall design makes it fun and brings you in complete holiday mode. The aircon keeps the house nice and cool. We had a great stay with my spouse in this lovely house! The exchanges with Sophie and Roland were clear and friendly. The bicycles available allowed us to quickly enjoy the surroundings (ocean, restaurant...). Thank you for everything! We'll be back with pleasure!

We felt at home with the family from the first moment. Everything is very lovingly decorated and clean. The location directly on the dune and beach is ideal for water sports. The place and everything is within walking distance. We had a great time staying with Caroline & Emmanuel.

We are happy with our stay. The house is spacious, there are lots of toys, books for the kids. The garden is large and the proximity to the surrounding forest is pleasant. The beach is close by car, the supermarket too. The neighborhood is quiet. We may be back ☺️

We had a lovely stay at the accommodation offered by Baptiste and Stéphanie. We had taken the accommodation as part of the Velodyssee. For cyclists, to fork from the arrival point that is on the velodyssee and arrive at the accommodation, follow the car road so you don't find yourself entangled in the sands of the forest area (we were fooled). Thanks to our hosts!:)

We loved our 3 night stay. We are a couple and loved the space and how easy to get to main town Parked the car and left it! They had coffee and basic staples for cooking Would highly recommend staying here !!

We had a great few days at Olivier’s apartment. He and Alexis were very helpful and gave us lots of good information and answered my queries very promptly. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard .The views of the beach and forest are amazing,it’s a very peaceful space to relax.

Perfect place to stay for an easy weekend with the family. Everything can be done on foot, the children loved the access to the beach near the apartment. The environment is quiet and peaceful, the apartment is functional and Myriam is very responsive. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were greeted by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available, which is a real plus for getting around the city.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is spacious and well laid out and equipped. The bedding is good quality, just like the very clean accommodation. Its location is ideal close to the market, beaches and supermarket. It is also close to restaurants and cafes; but far enough away not to be bothered by the noise, or the smell of food. Eloïse is very kind, available and accommodating. I would highly recommend it
