The place is peaceful, ideal for walks, and is located right next to the forest and 25 minutes from the beaches of Contis and Mimizan. 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour from Biarritz and the Basque Country, and 1.5 hours from Spain and San Sebastian. Morcenx train station is 15 minutes away. L’Airial is NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES.

My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This tastefully decorated 2 bedroomed guest house is hidden away in the forest. Making for a great peaceful getaway. The large terrace is perfect for relaxing and dinning. However, just 20mins from the beaches at either Contis, L'especier or Mimizan Plage, and 10mins from restaurants and commerces. You do need a car to get around. There is an option to use the outdoor spa (wood-burning hot tub and sauna) during your stay.

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.
