My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Gite les coquillages 1 (Shells 1)

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

The workshop under the pines

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Located in a quiet area, a fully renovated, air-conditioned single-storey house. It includes 2 bedrooms (10 m² and 11 m²) with a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe, a sofa bed (140 cm bed), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a 30 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen. garden table, barbecue and clothesline private pétanque court. bike path 10 m away 20 minutes from the beaches of Mimizan and Contis Please note that towels are not provided!!!

L'Estanquet.

At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a fuste, a rough wooden structure located at the exit of a small village. It was entirely made by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities. The setting is rural, on a plot of land not far from the forest. The maisonette is located on part of the hosts' land and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it without being overlooked.

The small summer house is a family suite consisting of two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. It is ideal for a stay with family or friends. It is located on the edge of the forest, very close to the lakes of Biscarrosse and the ocean.
