Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

Jen and Mike’s home was wonderful and we felt like we were at home! They were very responsive and nice. We had a great time! Will definitely be back in the future!

The condo has direct beach access, the beaches are beautiful, and we felt safe. The condo is a cute studio apartment. It provided everything we needed for our stay. Had an amazing girls trip with my daughter and grand daughter. Location is perfect. The room was exactly as described with absolutely no issues. Host was incredible and constantly checking in with us to make sure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for your next beach getaway!

My family and I have stayed in many condos and this condo BY FAR surpasses them! The size of the condo was very large and spacious. The designs and decorations were nicely appointed and beautiful. The patio was an excellent size and the view was breathtaking. It was very clean, everything looked brand new, and it was fully stocked with all essentials. The condo building wasn’t super huge, which was nice, because it was quiet and the pools and beach weren’t crowded. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this condo!! The owner thought of every detail and was very kind and responsive.

Love the place! The view was the best, exactly like the pictures. If you need a sign to book your trip, this is it do it! Comfortable bed, super clean, and talking to Kendra was super easy she responded all of our questions and was so helpful on everything! Definitely coming back again.

An Absolutely Phenomenal Stay! Our stay in Panama City was nothing short of fantastic! This Airbnb exceeded every expectation and felt like a true home away from home. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accessible, which made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. They went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and even a beach bag—truly everything you could need for a perfect day on the sand. The condo itself was absolutely spotless and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some!). The beach access was seamless, the chair setup service was such a treat, and the resort staff were welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the store or for food. We would definitely stay again. The view was beautiful from the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s place in Port St. Joe. The area was beautiful and not overly crowded. We enjoyed exploring each day and the home was clean, well decorated, and just as described. The complex was well maintained and conveniently located. Kevin was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area and would choose to stay here again.

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

This was the best Air B n B I’ve ever stayed at. Wendy was very responsive and in contact throughout our stay. The house is beautifully done, we loved everything about its. The coffee bar was awesome, the back porch and pool area was all very relaxing, we spent a lot of time out there. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby, beach is a block away. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, Wendy and her home are more than deserving. We will definitely return to the home in the future when it’s available.

Absolutely loved the ocean view bedroom and balcony. The kitchen was fully stalked with cooking supplies and dishes. The TVs worked without any issues. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

The place was in a great location right on the beach and close to food and shop easy to get in and out of. The place had a few thing need to be taken care of but with how fast Kenneth was communicating I’m pretty sure he got them taken care of great host great location.

Great house in a cute cottage neighborhood! Steps from the pool, easily accessible to downtown PSJ! Charity was a great communicator and even let us know about local events during our stay!

The home is exactly as described. It was clean, had plenty of kitchen items to make it feel like home. It was very quiet, and exactly what we hoped to book. We didn’t have time to use the golf cart, but it was nice to have just in case!

We enjoyed our stay in this home! The home itself was beautiful and spacious. It perfectly accommodated our 3 adult families with 2 small children. Kitchen was functional and had everything we needed for cooking meals. I appreciated that the bedrooms all had fans since there were no ceiling fans. One small thing we noticed is bedrooms had no storage for clothing (no dressers and no hangers in the closets for unpacking). The community was also very nice and we enjoyed having 2 different pool options to rotate between . The beaches had beautiful white sand but the water is not beautiful like it is up the coast near PCB (lots of seaweed and murky brownish water likely due to being on the bay). The town was small with nothing in the way of boutiques, souvineer shops, or family attractions unless you want to drive. Regardless we had a very relaxing stay spending most our time at the beach or pool and enjoyed the beautiful home!
