Our centrally located MB 4 bed/3 bath house has two ocean facing balconies and is only 100 steps from the beach. We’re also within walking distance of many of MB's quaint shops and restaurants. The covered patio has a pool table, ping pong table and newly added putting green! Everything is included to make your vacation one to remember!

The home was totally renovated by the previous owner and we hope to continue their legacy of such a wonderful beach vacation spot, boasting many return guests. Booking guest must be 25+.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy corner unique cottage ! All you need to bring is swim suits, beach chairs and sand buckets ! (Dont forget the boat!) Just minutes to the beaches, and walking distance to downtown. TV's in every room, fully stocked kitchen complete with the blender and a Keurig for the morning after! Open covered front and rear porch, complemented with a BBQ grill in the completely fenced in back yard.

The Outlook

Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.

Pet friendly 2 BR/2 Bath cottage (additional fee for pets (limit 2)and just steps to the beach and pool access. Only half a block to the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf! Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Tv 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and tv. Sofa sleeper. 2 Parking spaces No Stairs or Elevators! Our cottage is pet friendly but the beaches of Mexico Beach are not. There is a pet friendly beach just 1 mile east in Gulf county.

Enjoy luxurious beach living in this 4-bed, 3.5 bath home located on the beach side of highway 98 and just 130 steps from the sand! With 4 bedrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to 9. A queen bed is downstairs (with a half bath and outdoor shower). 2 king rooms with en-suite are upstairs. Final room includes a double bed and a twin bunk bed with full bathroom.
