The covered patio has a pool table, ping pong table and newly added putting green! Everything is included to make your vacation one to remember!

The home was totally renovated by the previous owner and we hope to continue their legacy of such a wonderful beach vacation spot, boasting many return guests. Booking guest must be 25+.

Great local seafood is available year round. Just 35 minutes to Panama City or Cape San Blas.

The Outlook

Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.

Pet friendly 2 BR/2 Bath cottage (additional fee for pets (limit 2)and just steps to the beach and pool access. Only half a block to the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf! Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Tv 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and tv. Sofa sleeper. 2 Parking spaces No Stairs or Elevators! Our cottage is pet friendly but the beaches of Mexico Beach are not. There is a pet friendly beach just 1 mile east in Gulf county.

A queen bed is downstairs (with a half bath and outdoor shower). 2 king rooms with en-suite are upstairs. Final room includes a double bed and a twin bunk bed with full bathroom.
