This place was great. Very convenient to the beach and lots of other places such as restaurants, stores. The place was very clean. Me and my family felt right at home. We loved it and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again.

David was a great host and was quick to respond to any of my million questions I had! This place was absolutely perfect for me and my family and we are already talking about rebooking for next year maybe even sooner! I highly recommend this location for your families next stay!

This house was very clean and had everything needed for a family of four. Carolyn, the host, was extremely easy to communicate with and we couldn't have been happier with out stay. We will look at this location for our future trips to the area

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

Loved our stay! It was our first time to the area and it was just as we’d hoped! The location could not have been more perfect… close to the pool and the Big Chill! Our kids rode the bikes out every night and met tons of other kids- we felt really safe letting them ride around! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. The downstairs living room furniture was very comfortable- we all took turns falling asleep on it 😆 The bikes and beach toys were definitely a bonus!

We had so much fun on our family vacation here! It was amazing being right across from the Big Chill. Kids had so much fun! We used the golf cart to visit Seaside and a couple of the nearby public beaches and loved that option- plus having the umbrella, tent, and beach toys ready for us was priceless. Alys Beach and Rosemary are a close drive but don’t allow golf carts. Great location to explore though! We’ll be back! The house was clean and beautiful. Honestly better than the photos. We were impressed the second we walked in! Communication and check-in was easy too. 10/10 recommend!

If you are looking for a reset and to connect with nature, in a pristine place of thoughtful decor and coziness, this is the place. You don’t get more beach than this! You are surrounded by nature 360* Jill and Paul are phenomenal hosts who go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. From the clean home, to the amazing mattress, for a restful night sleep, the rain shower heads to wash the day away, and the thoughtful wine and chocolates, you will not be disappointed. You can always tell when someone cares about their home, and ensuring guests are welcome and cozy. I am very thankful for the opportunity to explore Cafe San Blas, and all the lovely recommendations that Jill and Paul offered. I would love to come back as this is an amazing experience. We really enjoyed Jevon and Stacey's place. Very close to the Gulf. Very comfortable and clean. Decorated beautifully. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable. This was our first time in Mexico Beach. We recommend Mexico Beach and this condo. Thanks Jevon and Stacey.

The home was perfect for a summer beach trip!

This location is absolutely beautiful and cannot be possibly any more ocean front. There are a ton of great places to eat and visit in Port Saint Joe and on Cape San Blas. The beach is very accessible. There was some damage done to the beach right in front of and outside the property due to Hurricane Helene, which is unfortunate, but there is still a lot of beach to be lounged on nearby! One of the coolest things that I didn't expect is that the Air Force does training nearby, and flew by the cape several times, very cool! I don't think I have any negative things to say about the space itself. The kitchen is very nice and is fully equipped. There's a washer and dryer which is very convenient. The views are amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

It’s close to local bars, coffee shops, and most importantly the beach! The outdoor shower is refreshing. So nice to be able to bop home to refresh a drink, check for sunburn, or make a sandwich without skipping a beat. We had some cozy movie nights.

Really good place to stay. Beach was not crowded. It was clean and the covered deck was great.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The resort was quiet and family friendly. Check in was easy and was offered to us at noon because it was ready ahead of time. Location was perfect.. in the heart of many restaurants and activities for the whole family or 20 somethings. I would highly recommend using the golf cart it does make it easier if you have many things to carry.. we brought our own beach chairs so using the cart made it easier. We would definitely stay again when we return next year.

The house is clean as described. Bed in main bedroom is super comfortable and was beautifully made. We loved the location as it was walking distance to everything we needed. The beaches are about 20 min easy drive. Molly was very helpful and responsive in sharing some tips about the area. My only suggestion for improvement would be the area in front of the entrance door that does not look inviting.

Just got back from our stay and we LOVED our visit! EJ and Kimber gave us a bunch of information from the start and we loved following their insta page to bookmark some spots before our trip. They were responsive, flexible with our check-in, and checked on us after our first night to see if we needed anything. There were so many details that made us feel more comfortable, labels on the lights, games and puzzles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys, the toiletries (including liquid soap instead of those awful hotel bars!), printed directions in the laundry and by the trash cans, and lots of hangers and space to unpack. We loved the location, it was easy to grab drinks at the big chill or order lunch to eat by the pool. Our favorite beach access was the Deer Park, it was closest and the walk was pretty. We never had an issue finding parking or a good spot at the beach! Thank you so much EJ and Kimber!

Great stay Place was very clean and comfortable Sarah was helpful and quick to reply to any questions. Golf cart made things fun and easy for the kids Would go back.

This was a perfect location for us. Walking access to a beautiful beach and 20 minutes away from Andrew's Park, Rosemary Beach and other great beach spots. The additional bonus for us was the possibility to bring our dog with us. Very comfortable place for a family of 4.

Drove from Chicagoland to this address. This did NOT disappoint! After seeking a comfortable place for 4 adults, the location/property was an absolute STANDOUT. This place is CLEAN. And the pool? 4 steps from the back door. OMG BEAUTIFUL. Pool is open until 11pm. WOW! The people? AWESOME! Pool depth - 6ft. WARM This host thought of everything to make you feel right at home. Bring your clothes and set up your Walmart pickup because you're not going to need anything else. STEPS FROM THE BEACH. And I mean STEPS. This was key, and absolutely gorgeous. STEPS from PCB night life and STEPS from anything you need if you do not want to drive. Did not disappoint. Hang a right, and go to Pier Park, and bring your dog to the beach. Hang a left and go to Capt. Jacks or the Wharf for the crab legs. EXQUISITE. You could walk to the coffee shop STEPS from this location every morning. I know, I did. If you rent this property, expect to have a WONDERFUL VACATION. Because I did. And you will too

Chip's place was great! While it's not actually in Rosemary Beach, you are in a good location and having the golf cart was an added bonus. You should know there are restrictions with certain roads and golf carts and several of the surrounding areas you are not allowed to park. With that being said, we loved driving the cart to Seaside and were able to park everywhere around there and at the Santa Clara beach. Chip was really responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our trip. Perfect house for our group of 4.

Wow! Breathtaking views right from the balcony, private and peaceful and yet within just a few minutes of anything you need. We booked with Sunny pretty last minute but we certainly weren’t disappointed! This spot is beautiful! Clean, comfortable, and right on the beach, it’s a must of PCB! We’ll definitely be staying again!

I love staying at Adam’s home. It felt like it was brand new. It was fully equipped with every thing you would need for your stay. It also was very quiet and private even though it was part of a condo community. Adam even arranged beautiful weather for us! I would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!
