There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

This home features all the amenities such as bikes (including two ELECTRIC bikes), 2 paddle boards, and a 6-seater golf cart all included!

You will be staying in the townhome located on a small street with only a brief walk to the beach. Beachside. There are no highway to cross to get to the beach. Our property offers a private backyard and ample space, making it perfect for families . You will get it all: we are a perfect combo of modern well maintained specious home in a hard-to-find location on the beach side of Hwy 98 for an amazing price. We are a true value.

The condo provides 2 Bedrooms, 1 with a King size bed and the other room with 6 Twin size bunk beds! 2 and a half baths. Enjoy cooking breakfast looking out to the water after your quick run to the local grocery within arms reach then severing on the beautiful nook table! Come visit this lovey home on your next vacation!
