Villa holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Palermo

We had an exceptional week, the accommodation is spacious, functional and overlooks the sea. Giuseppe is very responsive . Not far away there is a beautiful beach accessible on foot or by bus. Further by car the resort of Mondello. I thank my host for booking our taxi and the car at Morini's home in Palermo, great service and no bad surprises. everything was perfect. Thank you 🙏

Our stay was very pleasant, everything was fine. However, it's important to note that each villa contains a total of three apartments, which might matter for those looking for more privacy.

Magnificent magnificent! We lived in an oasis near Palermo and enjoyed a beautiful saltwater pool surrounded by olive trees, flowers and a large deck with an outdoor shower. Perfect and totally private. The house has all you need and it’s near to Palermo as well as the ocean and great seafood restaurants. Floriana and Roberto are the most welcoming hosts and they do all they can to make you relax! When you enter this flower villa you never want to leave, just sit on the pool-deck, enjoy the surrounding mountains and breathe Sicily in. We will definitely come back!

We were completely satisfied. The entire property including the house, the spacious garden and the great swimming pool impressed us very much and we immediately felt comfortable. You had the feeling of having arrived in a small piece of "paradise." In fact, both the pool and the garden were even more beautiful in reality than in the photos here. Convenient location. Everything (supermarket, bakery, delicatessen, cafes, restaurants …) is within walking distance and the small swimming cove is authentic, heavenly and beautiful. Clemente is a great host, the communication was great, he responds very quickly and is very friendly, helpful and hospitable. For us there was plenty of fresh fruit, delicious pastries from Terrasini, fresh drinking water and coffee the whole time. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the place. Both with large and smaller children, a small, fine green oasis.

Gorgeous location, fabulous hosts - nothing was too much trouble. A really lovely family who gave great recommendations and were so helpful in general. The view is far better than described you can actually see the sea from the terrace. A great family break!

Guido and his wife were super friendly and helped us from the beginning when our flight was hours too late. they drove us to the car rental and whatever we needed they responded immediately. The secret excess to the beach was very special and the house perfect for a family. thank you for the time being !!!

We were seven adults in Giuseppe's lovely place. The house looks exactly like the pictures - very clean and lovingly furnished. The pool was very large and also the sea and a beautiful, expansive beach are only 2min walk away. The kitchen is perfectly equipped (e.g. automatic juicer, sharp knives, large boards, new pans and pots, great coffee from capsule machine, large fridge/freezer, kitchen scale, etc.). The outdoor space is huge! The BBQ area with sink and induction stove is especially great. The only "downside": relatively close to seven, as two people sleep on the sofa bed in the kitchen and the bed on the upper floor has no direct access to the house and toilet. Best available for five or with children. A car is needed to go shopping. We would come back anytime, thank you!

Marco's place is outstanding. We arrived and got the keys with ease (Daniele greeted us and was fantastic, showed us around and gave us tips) Marco's communication was great. The Villa exceeded our expectations (Family of 4, kids 13 and 11). There was so much space, everything you needed (Marco stocked up the fridge for us, thank you). Bedrooms are nice and roomy, plenty of sleeping g options. The outdoor space is to die for, from eating outside, to the patio outside the bedrooms upstairs, and then the masterpiece which is the swimming pool. It is quiet, and even in Mid April, it's a sun trap up there. An amazing stay, one which we are already planning to come back to. Thank you, Marco! A couple of pointers: • Driveway is steep, but you'll be fine after 1st time •If going to Cefalù and sat nav says turn right out of the Villa, don't! It'll take you down the smallest road and take an extra 15 mins • If parking in cefalu park at Parcheggio central park Cefalù (always space, and lovely!)

Beautiful and quiet location with a spectacular view. It was about a 30-40 minute walk to Cefalu centre, which was manageable and quite beautiful. It was definitely nice being in a quieter neighbourhood instead!

There were six of us staying in Paola's beautiful apartment, which exceeded our expectations. Everything is very clean and fragrant, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with everything you need in a home. In addition, we took advantage of the Appa rental car (suggested by the host) right in front of the apartment and it was a very positive experience, also thanks to Mrs. Giovanna, kind and helpful. When we had small problems, Mrs. Paola was immediately available and helpful, promptly resolving them. It was easy to communicate thanks to her kindness. We would definitely come back, highly recommended.

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Very nice accommodation, faithful to reality. Idyllic location with sea view. The pool is well maintained (an employee visits every Saturday, it's quick). A secondary space is also rented above but the two are distinct. The interior that remains quite comfortable is starting to age a little. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Lovely villa with stupendous grounds and gardens. Many artistic, historical and family artifacts made this stay a cultural adventure. We had two cars and enjoyed the leaving the cars there and being able to train into Palermo, avoiding driving into the big city with traffic and ZTL issues. Geri was an absolute joy and one of the nicest, most generous hosts I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here!

Just completed a 4 night stay. The property was great! Views better than shown on listing. The apartments are well stocked with basic necessities (shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee, water,etc). We were met by the host and shown around, they communicated well and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. A short drive to Mondello Beach or Port of Palmermo. Plenty of space in the apartments for our group! Very happy with the property! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the garden with olive and lemon trees and the pool. Porch with view of the ocean and mountains was wonderful. Shaded area for breakfast was nice! Martina is a warm person and very helpful as a host. It was dark when we arrived and the Sicilian mountainroads are difficult the first time for tourists so it was nice to be in contact with host for help. Recommend to arrive when light out. We enjoyed the two large dogs and several cats around, well-behaved with us and our kids. We got awesome local recommendations from host which really made our trip even better including a drive to the best beach we’ve ever seen. We mixed cooking at home and driving (15-20min) to restaurants. Not good for local area walks but garden is big. We were two adults and 10 and 14 yr old kids. Lots of space. Three bedrooms. Small but fine kitchen (no oven but microwave oven available). Very clean and comfortable, two floors, building separate from host’s. Loved our stay here!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb has a truly beautiful view of the sea, which was a joy to wake up to every morning. The apartment was also impeccably clean, making us feel right at home. The location was fantastic, we took advantage of the stand-up paddleboarding, which was a highlight of our trip. The staff and hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with the hot tub, but they addressed it promptly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. Finally, there's an amazing restaurant just a short 5-minute walk away. We highly recommend checking it out! We would definitely stay here again.

This trip was only for 1 night in Palermo, me and other guests of the host Danilo, did not even expect that you can get so many emotions and impressions from staying at his villa. Recommendations for trips, purchases to the supermarket, and the city. Constant communication, and unprecedented responsiveness and incredible responsibility. Danilo confidently helps and constantly supports his guests from planning their trip, ending only on the way home. Thank you Danilo! I hope I will be lucky enough to be in Palermo again, and then after a wonderful walk in Palermo, return to his quiet villa with friends and spend a comfortable time together.

Our stay at Isen & Nino‘s was amazing. The house with its huge and well kept garden with orange and lemon trees is very spacious and modern. A big plus was having three separate bed-rooms, especially bigger families will benefit from that. Communication was easy and the area beautiful - we went for a peaceful time in between wine yards and away from mass tourism. Highly recommended.

Andrea and his parents were very friendly and helpful. Andrea was always available and provided very quick responses to our questions which was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend Andrea’s property and a car is required. It’s very easy to drive around the neighbourhood with many restaurants and grocery stores close by. The Capaci train station is close by to get into Palermo and beyond.

We had a great stay at Riccardos house, the location is perfect, close to Palermo and close to the airport. The check in was easy and everything was clean. We had a little problem with the power at the first day, but Riccardo responded directly and came to fix the problem. In general Riccardo responds very quick to everything and puts in afford that we had good time. Can definitely recommend.

The house itself was impeccable: spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It’s a fantastic place if you’re looking to enjoy everything Palermo has to offer. I have just returned from staying at the lovely apartment in Isola Delle Femmine with my husband and my adult son and daughter. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend. The Owner arranged for transfers from and to the airport for us, and was at the apartment to meet us and show us around. He was very kind and accommodating as he allowed us to check in 6 hours early and also check out 45 minutes late so I am very grateful for that. The apartment was spotlessly clean and all fixtures were new. Plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Beds were big and comfortable. Black out shutters great. The pool area was lovely, a smallish pool but just what we needed to cool off, and very well kept and clean. The apartment itself is up on the 1st floor with a balcony with great views of the sea and lovely dining area. The location is great with a 5 minute walk into the town of Isola Della Femmine and is located on a rocky shoreline with a beach a small walk away. Thank you

This place is located in an out of the way road and is very calm. It has the necessary equipments, the exterior is very nice and the pool is just wonderful
