Amazing place with a pool and hot tub right on the beach! Perfect location (must have a car) to drive to Cefalu for a day trip. I could have stayed here for longer. There was a grill we used to make dinner. House was in great condition just as pictured. Highly recommend.

From the beginning, she was remarkably kind and responsive, always available and full of good advice to make our trip even more enjoyable. Her accommodation is simply impeccable, a real little paradise where everything is designed for comfort and relaxation. We leave with wonderful memories in our heads, and this stay has largely contributed to this. A huge thank you to Maia, we will be happy to come back!

Very well distributed, stylishly furnished, and immaculately clean apartment with a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful sea views and a perfectly equipped kitchen awaited us. I also recommend it for those who like to cook, although there are several places nearby to buy a local meal or two. We loved having two bathrooms. Franceska very carefully prepared everything for a first breakfast so that she didn't have to shop right away, and she even left us a nice bottle of local wine. She was very flexible with all of our requests, showing that it was our priority to have a good time.

Incredible little cottage next to the sea. You share a courtyard with other apartments that has direct access to the beach. The cottage has a private terrace overlooking the sea, where we spent much of our time. Just a wonderful place--peaceful and serene with a few restaurants and bars in walking distance. Maia was a great host who gave clear instructions and communicated well.

Typical Sicilian house, tidy and very clean (I have rarely seen such a clean accommodation), the neighbors are very kind and very friendly. It is a real immersion in Sicily, the beach 150 meters away is great 🤩 and the restaurants in Saint Nicolas are very good. We were delighted by all the conviviality offered us by the environment, the neighbors and the family of the owner. We felt great in this beautiful house with our 2 children. It is well maintained and the garden is splendid. If you want to have a Sicilian experience this house is ideal for that. Some nights the ice cream shop passed in front of the house was cool.
