The apartment ,is as reflected in the photos of it. Our stay was great, very well equipped kitchen, no detail was missing, the spacious toilet with a great shower, water pressure and ideal temperature,the bed very large and comfortable,no night noise since the street is very quiet of great rest, big tv, fast wiffi,and very comfortable sofas,The location is ideal, 10 minutes from Ballaro market and 15 minutes walk to the monumental part!!Palermo is a fascinating city, we enjoyed it at all. Thank you Pino for everything!!We will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful time at Cetty place and felt welcome and home from the very first second. This pleasant feeling started with the very first chat, went further with the delicious welcome gifts (the oranges yum) and remained over full time in the comfy, spacious apartment even on one of these rare rainy days in Sicily :) We did not expect to use the pool in early February but will certainly come back in summer-time to jump. So all in all an absolute perfect experience and Cetty (and family) are amazingly friedly hosts, I can only recommend! 11/10

We are 2 retired people in a very spacious apartment with 2 balconies overlooking the street- very central for all amenities and local attractions of Palermo- Would highly recommend.

We just enjoyed a week in Florianas slice of heaven at the start of march, and it was perfect for us with our 2 year old son. The beach house is wonderful, the facilities such as the lovely heated pool and hot tub, and the washer/dryer and kitchen were both fun and super helpful! The cot was also ready for our use which was perfect. We liked the location a lot, but we were very grateful we had our own car to drive to all of the other fun. Floriana was an amazing host, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable! She had lots of really helpful recommendations and was very communicative with us. Would easily recommend to anyone.

Erasmo's apartment is very modern and completely newly renovated and furnished. It has beautiful furniture: comfortable sofa and beds, large dining table, chests of drawers, etc. The kitchen is relatively small but also very nice and very usable with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge! There are 3 balconies, great for drying laundry, but almost too small for eating. For a morning coffee with great sea and mountain views but very nice. We felt very comfortable, also because Erasmo was very nice in communication!

The place looks warm, cozy with all amenities and very clean! The host is very welcomed and recommended us what to see in Terrasini and around! We had a great stay there and definitely we want to come back!

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

My daughter and I had a brilliant week in this gorgeous place. The host, Emanuele, and his parents couldn't have been more helpful, with suggestions of places to go, details about the house and prompt and helpful answers to queries. The parents met us on arrival with stunning snacks, huge smiles and a wealth of information, all conveyed without a common language... with a bit of help from Google Translate!! The house is just lovely, very well appointed, and the garden and pool just heavenly! We didn't travel far afield as the pool and beach provided all we needed, including That's Amore, a delightful restaurant on the beach. We were there out of season so it was very quiet which suited us! But we did also sample the more touristy side of life in beautiful Cefalù just 15 minutes drive away (or easily accessible by train). There are sites to see, beach front bars, cafés and restaurants, gift shops etc and a climb up La Rocca overlooking the town is well worth it. We will be back!

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

salvatore's house is perfectly clean, personalized, equipped with anything you need for a comfortable stay. Very convenient location to get around and visit the surroundings, but still very quiet. The host family is extraordinarily welcoming

This is an amazing property in a very nicely restored old building - the inside is very uniquely decorated with custom lights, wall art, furniture and even floor art with a hand painted entryway. There is a courtyard that is only for the use of the apartment, a full washer and separate dryer - both of which worked really well, and the kitchen is wonderful - with lots of seating for eating and talking. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so very private from each other - which is ideal for two couples or a family with teenagers that need some space from their parents! We were very happy that we chose this apartment and would not hesitate to stay again.

Very clean and tidy house. Everything new and super comfortable. Luca took care to write to us every day, very helpful and serious, although we didn't need anything. The area is convenient to amenities and the sea. We will definitely be back

Nice apartment, situated in a scenic building, that gives palace vibes. Angelo was a very kind and helpful co-host, he helped us with what we needed, guided us with tips & tricks in the city and helped with luggage storage after check out. The apartment is fairly equipped, small but smartly compartimented. The bed was confortable for two tall people and there was an extra bed, if needed. The location was very close to the center and main attractions, but the street and some areas around felt unsafe. Overall good experience!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Even though we visited in January, the air conditioning in both the bedroom and dining area kept the space comfortably warm. The apartment was equipped with a great coffee machine, which was a fantastic touch, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Having a washing machine available was a big plus, especially when traveling with small luggage. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, making us feel right at home. The location was also very convenient, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment offered a fantastic view of the sea and the hillside. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

Big place, very convenient for a short stay

We loved our stay! The apartment is in a great location with a beautiful view of the sea through the big windows. And Massimo and Luisa were so kind, picking us up from the station and showing us the best places to eat nearby. We definitely recommend!
