Villa holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Palermo

We spent the turn of the year in Giuseppe's apartment and enjoyed the time very much. The view is insanely beautiful, the terrace wonderful e.g. for breakfast in the sun and the kitchen equipped with everything needed. Another highlight for me was that both bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom. We highly recommend the apartment and would come back anytime! Giuseppe was extremely friendly, kindly took us to the nearest supermarket and also an earlier arrival was no problem by arrangement. He also took every issue to heart and acted directly. Hospitality is very important to him. We felt super comfortable.

Our stay was very pleasant, everything was fine. However, it's important to note that each villa contains a total of three apartments, which might matter for those looking for more privacy.

It is an exceptionally beautiful, comfortable, private and relaxing property in the hills above Sant'Ambrogio. The view is fantastic and the pool fantastic. Even in November we were able to enjoy the pool briefly at 16 degrees daily. In the house and on the property everything is very clean and tidy. It is very quiet and you have to have a car. The donkey on the premises next door is happy about carrots or an apple. The beautiful place Cefalù is highly recommend. Salvatore's father, Stefano, was a wonderful host. He was always reachable and very friendly. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the house to anyone looking for a quiet and private accommodation, which is still not far from the sea. We also liked the hinterland with its beautiful mountain villages around the Pizzo Carbonara.

We cannot thank Florianna and Roberto enough for their warm, kind and generous hospitality. It goes beyond what we have experienced before whilst staying away from home. We arrived to fresh cakes and Aperol( the best we have tasted..!) and recommendations from Roberto. The house was clean, simple and very spacious. We were completely satisfied. The entire property including the house, the spacious garden and the great swimming pool convinced us very much and we immediately felt comfortable. You had the feeling of having arrived on a little piece of "paradise". In fact, both the pool and the garden were even more beautiful in reality than in the photos here. The location is great. Everything (supermarket, bakery, delicatessen, cafes, restaurants ...) is within walking distance and the small swimming bay is authentic, paradise and beautiful. Clemente is a great host, the communication was great, he responds very quickly and is very friendly, helpful and hospitable. For us there was a lot of fresh fruit, delicious pastries from Terrasini, fresh drinking water and cafe the entire time. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation. Both with large and smaller children, a small, fine green oasis.

Gorgeous location, fabulous hosts - nothing was too much trouble. A really lovely family who gave great recommendations and were so helpful in general. The view is far better than described you can actually see the sea from the terrace. A great family break!

We loved the place: good location close to the beach (10 min walk), natural reserve (20 min walk), bus ride to Palermo (direct bus 806). Grocery stores, bakery, restaurants nearby. Comfortable house with family vibes for four adults, with two full bathrooms, two balconies and a beautiful small garden where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinner or just sit in a shade. Internet worked well and allowed us to work remotely without any issues. Francesco, the host, was fast responding to our needs and questions. He prepared a welcome set of food for our late evening arrival and waited for us at the house. Thank you! Overall, great stay, would stay again and would recommend to others. Thank you Francesco!

We very much enjoyed our week's stay at Citta del Mare-Perla del Golfo. We were met by the hosts who showed us the house and a private swimming spot which was amazing and which we used every day. The house is well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Guido was very responsive to our questions and provided restaurant suggestions and other advice. Two great finds from the area are the Maniaci Bakery in Terrasini, and the Latteria Serra Alla Faccia del Cacciocavallo near Terrasini. The only negative was a bar a couple of streets away that played loud music at times, but it fortunately never went very late. We would stay there again.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation right next to Lorenzo and his wife. The accommodation is small and nice and the outdoor area with pool is very nicely laid out. The view is beautiful, whether it is illuminated in the morning for coffee or in the evening. The cottage is very quiet and there is a relaxed atmosphere. Within walking distance it is about 20 minutes to the center of Cefalu. It is about a 10-minute walk to the nearest stone beach.

A very unique and special villa, full of family history. Each room has something to look at and obviously tells a story. Very well presented,. with everything you’ll need for a fun family holiday, including a pool. Geri, the host was incredibly helpful with advice on local amenities, restaurants and recommendations. A really lovely host that was always available if we needed him and even organised a fabulous lunch for our arrival. Definitely hire a car as lots of lovely beaches to explore along the coast line and the mountain views are spectacular. Bags of history and sites to visit. Top tip. If you plan on going into central Palermo, take the train as unless you're used to it, the driving is next level nuts ;) The villa has a super friendly cat that visits daily - the kids loved him ❤️ We also did an overnight in Syracuse and Ortigia which we absolutely loved. It's a good 3 hour drive so worth an extra day or two if you're visting for a while.

Tucked away but still close enough to town. Walkable restaurants with a walkable cove to dip in. The coast is close by. If you rent a car this is a good location to take all your day trips, hour to Trapani Erice segesta 30 mins to Palermo Monreale & 25 mins to castellamarre & 40 mins to scopello. Just a great spot! The HOST has incredible recommendations and is very hands on and on top of things. The heated pool was a great plus to come home and wind down. the outdoor dining area was great & where we played cards every night too! Upstairs deck has a beautiful view & awesome sunrise vibe. It was a great overall experience!

Loved the space! Perfect for our family of 11. The views- my gosh. The photos don’t do it justice. Andrea was an impeccable host and helped us with transportation, baggage, and all of our questions throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back!!

One of our most favourite Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in! Antonio’s place is simply stunning, you can tell the love he has put into every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The view is incredible - so many little spots around the property to take in the view from. The house is so clean and decorated so beautifully. The drive into Cefalu feels quick and easy and it’s nice to escape the crowds at the end of the day and go to a place where no one else is around. And Antonio is the best host ever! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him. He is so kind and caring and wants nothing more than to make your stay as good as it can possibly be. Truly a wonderful man. We absolutely loved our stay here. Book this place as soon as possible!

Gorgeous hillside location overlooking the sea.

Very nice stay. Fantastic view from the pool. House is good, small and cute of architecture, good cuisine, absolutely good for a summer vacation. Maybe wipe it again before, but we still give full stars. The outdoor area and the view of the bay and mountains are really 10 out of 10 points. House is easily accessible by car. about 10 minutes to Cefalu City and less than 10 minutes to the harbor. We really enjoyed the holiday here very much.

This trip was only for 1 night in Palermo, me and other guests of the host Danilo, did not even expect that you can get so many emotions and impressions from staying at his villa. Recommendations for trips, purchases to the supermarket, and the city. Constant communication, and unprecedented responsiveness and incredible responsibility. Danilo confidently helps and constantly supports his guests from planning their trip, ending only on the way home. Thank you Danilo! I hope I will be lucky enough to be in Palermo again, and then after a wonderful walk in Palermo, return to his quiet villa with friends and spend a comfortable time together.

Our stay at Isen & Nino‘s was amazing. The house with its huge and well kept garden with orange and lemon trees is very spacious and modern. A big plus was having three separate bed-rooms, especially bigger families will benefit from that. Communication was easy and the area beautiful - we went for a peaceful time in between wine yards and away from mass tourism. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Lietta, a beautiful, spacious and peaceful villa. Even better than we expected. The pool was amazing with plenty of different areas to sit in the garden. We were warmly greeted by Andrea’s family who couldn’t have been more charming and though we didn’t actually meet Andrea himself he was extremely helpful in so many ways - offering us invaluable advice and recommendations. We would definitely recommend to anyone to stay in this lovely villa.

Amazing place to stay with family. Very quiet and relaxing area. House is beautifully maintained and lots of garden space to relax. Riccardo has great local recommendations to enjoy local foods as well as locations to visit. With a rental car Palermo centre is 20 minutes away, so if distance is a factor then this villa is still worthwhile.

We have just come back from a lovely stay at Gianpolo’s Villa Blu in Mondello. Great peaceful location and a short walk to the beautiful seaside. We were travelling with 3 young children, they felt at home immediately and enjoyed their first experience of Italy in Sicily! Gianpolo and his family were great hosts, we thoroughly enjoyed meeting them and getting lots of great recommendations for our 1 week stay. The house is just like in the pictures: very modern and clean. Would not hesitate to come back again and re-live the exact same holiday we just had! I have just returned from staying at the lovely apartment in Isola Delle Femmine with my husband and my adult son and daughter. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend. The Owner arranged for transfers from and to the airport for us, and was at the apartment to meet us and show us around. He was very kind and accommodating as he allowed us to check in 6 hours early and also check out 45 minutes late so I am very grateful for that. The apartment was spotlessly clean and all fixtures were new. Plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Beds were big and comfortable. Black out shutters great. The pool area was lovely, a smallish pool but just what we needed to cool off, and very well kept and clean. The apartment itself is up on the 1st floor with a balcony with great views of the sea and lovely dining area. The location is great with a 5 minute walk into the town of Isola Della Femmine and is located on a rocky shoreline with a beach a small walk away. Thank you

This place is located in an out of the way road and is very calm. It has the necessary equipments, the exterior is very nice and the pool is just wonderful
