Holiday rentals with breakfast in Metropolitan City of Palermo

Marina’s tiny little hideaway is in the best location. There’s so much to see and do right around every corner, and you truly couldn’t ask for a better location. She also provides fresh fruit and some cold drinks if needed, which were very much appreciated. The place is clean and comfortable with a lot of beautiful old charm, but the amenities are modern. If you are not from the area and thinking of driving into the city, maybe think again. The driving is difficult and the city now has a ZTL zone enforcement, which means you have to go through a process of paying for entrance on each day (except Sundays). It’s not expensive but it’s a bit of a hassle, and more importantly, the driving is stressful. Note: This info is nothing to do with our lovely apartment specifically, but worth mentioning if anyone is planning on doing what we did.

We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

Beautiful and a very unique place with a wonderful garden and a unique terrass with magnificent view over Cefalu and the sea. We couldn’t wish for a better place to stay. Comfortable bed and extra plus for the pillows. Anastasia's hospitality is outstanding and she made us feel very welcome. In the fridge there was delicious breakfast and sparkling wine! We had amazing days here, highly recommended!

Very nice flat. Relatively quiet area, easy to get to the centre by bus or on foot. It was time well spent. The host very communicative.

He was a perfect fit for us, we spent a night there. The communication was very easy and she was always available.

Best host that I have ever experienced - Francesco went out of his way to personally greet us at check in, help us find a parking, and walk us to a nearby restaurant.

we had a lovely stay. the place itself is massive with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. the provided extras like coffee, snacks and mini starter toiletries were a nice touch. location was convenient next to one of the largest street markets and the main train station two blocks away, also maqueda at the corner, the main tourist thoroughfare, we easily walked north to see most of the attractions. after staying in many walk-ups, it was a luxury to have a lift for our luggage. Internet was super speedy compared to other places in Sicily. also amazing water pressure and consistent hot water. the only thing that was lacking was the towels provided were hand towels sized. not enough to cover your front and backside at the same time, lol. it was fine and we didn't ask for larger towels or I'm sure David would have accomodated, though it made things awkward when sharing spaces with friends, while scurrying nude to the bedrooms after bathing. haha. David was super kind and a great host.

Perfect spot for exploring the area - close to everything and an easy walk to restaurants, bars, sightseeing….and two very comfortable double beds! Highly recommended!

Lovely host. Newly renovated flat with extra high ceilings. Air conditioning was great. Just a few minutes from the train station. Highly recommend.

Cute, spacious flat in very good walkable location. We loved the rooftop views & the comfortable beds. Good aircon, good showers, good coffee. Frederica communicated very well, & kindly let us check in a little early and leave luggage after we'd checked out. There was some noise overnight as it's such a central location. We knew about the stairs & enjoyed the workout, but avoid if you wouldn't or have very heavy luggage!

Very welcoming and responsive host all the time. Antonio cares a lot about the well-being of the people in his space. Despite some concerns, he responded quickly. Very nice location, quiet and close to tourist attractions. The accommodation is very functional, extremely clean and allows you to have a pleasant stay. The proximity to a train station is pleasant (8-minute walk). We recommend this listing ++ + and will be happy to stay next time

Such a cute and quiet place to get away from the city just what we needed! Tania was so nice and we were able to hang out in the garden, pick the fig trees, have eggs from her chickens! Just incredible experience!

good location because it is far from the main streets of the center, but a stone's throw from the cathedral and the center. Residential area, with the typical vibrancy of Palermo but quiet in the evening. A complete environment, also with coffee and breakfast essentials (which is not common in B&Bs), very clean, very comfortable shower. A sleeping area may not be suitable for those who are very tall, but very comfortable bed. To return to

We loved our stay at Eva's place. The apartment is in a great location, walkable to many of the main sites. Eva is a fantastic host! She provided great recommendations for food, activities, etc.

We loved our stay here! The accommodation was very nice and the view of the mountains and the sea was just fabulous. Our highlight: the pool and the baby cats! The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back and can recommend the Airbnb 100%!

Manuela and Diego are the definition of “a perfect host”! We booked as clients and said goodbye as friends. Diego made amazing breakfast every morning, Manuela made our New Year’s Eve reservation, everything was so well thought of, we didn’t have to worry and felt right at home. Rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable. Location is great, right next to main streets with restaurants, but quiet at the same time. Totally recommend!

Tonight my boyfriend and I stayed in the "Delia" room. I highly recommend this place, super clean and believe me that wherever I go I tend to disinfect everything, for the first time I absolutely did not need to do it. Giuseppe was very responsive and accurate, super fast check-in and the lady who assisted us during breakfast this morning was very kind. The only downside is the elevator and small stairs, but that doesn't make it a fold, I would book a hundred more times! Highly recommend!!!

Very much enjoyed our stay here, the location is excellent, central and close to the Politeama. Marco is an excellent host (the croissants in the morning were amazing!) and he was happy to look after our bags for a while after we checked out. Highly recommended.
