The wellness facilities were excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. The small kitchen, complete with an oven, was perfect for preparing a light meal or snack. The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

We stayed at Lionel’s Place for 8 days and it was great , very peaceful and private , though we had some issues with mosquitoes because of the heat we left some window open, and we later bought mosquito repellent to use in the rooms , but apart from that we had no other issues with the place.

This place was amazing! Best AirBnb we stayed at so far! We were a group that for 8 including a one year old. The house/garden was very beautiful, spacious and the driveway was big enough two large cars. We enjoyed stay and will book again if we are visiting the area again.

Excellent séjour en famille ! La piscine est un énorme plus. Assez grande pour plusieurs adultes. Belle maison confortable ! barbecue et table de ping pong au top pour passer de bon moments.

Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillies et nous en sommes très reconnaissantes (ajout d’un lit parapluie pour le bébé, attention particulière portée au chauffage…) Le lieu est superbe et reposant, c’est exactement ce que nous recherchions pour couper un peu d’avec le quotidien! Schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe der Bahn, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Boulangerie und Supermärkte fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir waren zu fünft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Emilie und Nicolas war sehr nett, auch ein späterer CheckOut war kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa in dieci persone e siamo stati benissimo. La casa è molto bella, dotata di ogni confort: spazi interni ed esterni molto curati. La casa è molto spaziosa e, pur essendo vicina alla metro e al supermercato, è molto tranquilla. Gli host sono stati disponibili e super gentili. Consigliatissimo a gruppi e famiglie.

I spent a week T this apartment and it was everything I was looking for. One thing to be mindful for is that there are literally four floors and the spiral staircase provides for a great workout. Little children and older people should definitely be cautious! Otherwise it was worth every penny!

Nous nous rendons à Paris pour le concert de mon cousin et très franchement le mari de Baboune nous a très bien accueilli, il nous à offert du thé à l’arrivée, le logement était propre et les photos du logement correspondaient aux logements réels !! Notre séjour dans je logement d’Olivia & Dom s’est merveilleusement bien déroulé. Le logement est impeccable. Très propre, charmant, facilement accessible en métro et en tram depuis Paris. Le quartier est calme et agréable, avec possibilité de parquer un véhicule facilement. Commerces à proximité. Le jardin et la spacieuse terrasse sont agréables. Idéal pour une grande famille.

Un petit cocon parfait pour une nuit à Paris ! L’appartement est très propre, bien aménagé et idéalement situé (proche des transports et des commerces). J’ai particulièrement apprécié le calme du quartier après une longue journée

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung. In der Nähe sind Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheken, Bäckerei. Das Haus befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Metro entfernt. Fatima antwortete immer sehr schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
