Can not recommend Nathalie's apartment enough. It's a gorgeous home that is particularly curated to Nathalie's taste in art and furniture. It has plenty of small details that make it unique and also incredibly calm and homely. The location is great for getting into central Paris but equally there is plenty to do immediately around the apartment. Some wonderful shops and bars/cafes. I hope to return and to stay with Nathalie. Please, do yourself a favour and stay here, you won't regret it!

Stunning apartment, recently renovated historical space, adapted for contemporary living standards, with exposed brick texture on the walls, steel and wood structure elements. Tastefully designed interior, everything is brand new starting the furniture ending the kitchenware, bed linens and towels. The double height leaving space felt like urban townhouse with private garden facing quiet little park. Lots of light and very quiet. We were 4 guests: a couple + teen and a friend who stayed with us for 4 days. Feels very private, since bedrooms (each with attached bathroom unit) are distant from each other. Showers are spoiling, hot water with good pressure, hi-end facilities. Kitchen fully equipped with appliances of highest standard, beautiful cutlery and tableware, everything you need to cook a proper dinner. Location: walkable distance to 3 metro lines. Mind the inner spiral staircase if you have issues with climbing 3 levels of the apartment. We had a remarkable stay! TU Xavier!!

Everything was perfect! 👏🏼 Loris is an excellent host who always wrote super quickly and was extremely helpful. His apartment is really exceptionally well furnished and very well located. There really is everything and the apartment was very clean. My girlfriend and I felt right at home! I highly recommend Loris‘ apartment in Paris. Thank you for everything!

I had a great time at this studio. The accommodation is as described: clean, well arranged and perfectly equipped for a short stay in Paris. I particularly appreciated the quietness of the building despite the surrounding activity, as well as the proximity to transport, shops and small cafes. Nicolas was very responsive and welcoming, which made the arrival and departure very simple. I highly recommend this accommodation and would not hesitate to come back as soon as the opportunity arises! 😊

This is one of the cleanest Airbnb's I've stayed in. The bed and sofabed were very comfortable. Because this apartment faces a corridor between buildings and not the main street, it was pretty quiet even though we were on the ground floor. However, it is a highly used corridor so expect to see people walking by frequently. The apartment is about a 5-min walk to the metro but when I Googled the best route to two different locations, the bus was suggested, which was a nice surprise since it gave us a chance to see more of the city. I would recommend this place to others and easily stay here again. Another bonus for us was that the neighbourhood didn't feel touristy at all.

This Airbnb is one of the most interesting and lively places I’ve stayed at. The room is filled with the host’s fascinating collections, and although I didn’t get to meet her, you can feel that she must be a very interesting person. The Airbnb is very close to the metro station, and it takes only 15 minutes to reach all the major attractions in the city. Right downstairs is a large Lidl supermarket, and within a 2-minute walk, you’ll find plenty of bakeries, coffee shops, and restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need, and there’s a beautiful balcony perfect for enjoying breakfast. It’s an ideal choice for both short and long stays. The room is on the top floor, so if you have a lot of luggage, it's something to keep in mind beforehand.

My mother and I felt right at home and would stay here again. The accommodation is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. The area is not quite as busy, very easy to reach and there are plenty of nice cafes and bars. Sacha gave tips for the area, very nice!
