Townhouse holiday rentals in Ménilmontant, Paris

Marina and her co-host Aman were communicative, friendly, helpful and always ready to answer questions. The place was perfect for us (a traveling couple) with a 13 year old son, as it had two bedrooms. I think 4 would be a squeeze though the upstairs living room was probably the best part of the flat - with the gorgeous skylight - and had a sofa bed. There were two toilets/sinks, which was great. Excellent neighborhood, well connected. Would happily stay again.

Antoinette was the perfect host: super responsive, proactive, and very accommodating. The home was exactly as described and full of old time charm combined with all the modern amenities. My family of 6 was comfortable and felt at home. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandrine’s place. This was our first time to Paris. The location is fantastic, steps away from many cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access to other attraction. The area is safe, quiet, convenient. The loft has everything we needed Overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

This is my second time staying at this location. It was great for our girls trip previously and family trip this year. The separation of space on the different levels gave everyone their own space. There is a friendly garden cat, I think named “Me-Moo”, that welcomed us home most nights and made it feel homey and Parisian. Very close to the Metro Line 2 which made commuting in the city very easy. We unfortunately had a lot of flight travel issues but were luckily able to extend on the back end. Yves, was very accommodating when our departure flight was delayed and allowed us to check out a couple hours late (there were no guests arriving the day we departed). Thank you and I hope to visit again.

Very nice Airbnb, with a small inner courtyard (shared with the owners) very nice. Would love to come back.

We had a great stay at Charles. A very nice big space in a very calm and almost countryside-feel backyard. Flexible host and easy communication.

What a delight to stay at this apartment in the 7Arr. We felt like we were living like true Parisiennes! Just far away from the crowds but close enough to be able to easily walk to attractions. Plus there are 2 great metro stations within 7min walking distance. Terrific boulangerie a couple doors down. The apartment itself is inviting and perfectly cool for hot summer days. And being able to make a meal rather than always eat in restaurants is such a pleasure. We were so happy staying in Denis and Aingret’s apartment. Merci beaucoup!!

It’s a big house! You will have plenty of space to be with your family or group of friends. And the house is spotless! You can have peace of mind about it. It’s a great choice to walk around Paris using metro and it’s a peaceful neighborhood too. Totally worth it!

Beautifully decorated suburban home within walkable distance to public transport links. Local boulangerie’s for breakfast as well as there being a supermarket close by. Friendly cats! Sparkling clean too! ✨ Amélie was lovely and responsive throughout our stay!

My family of 5 had a great stay! Marion gave many clear and easy directions for the house. To begin, the courtyard is beautiful and a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Marion has a gorgeous garden of potted plants and perennials. The living spaces were exactly as pictured. The house is stocked with all the things you would need for your stay. The town of Les Lilas is a great, quieter place to stay while still being close to the center of Paris. The metro was less than a block away and could take you anywhere you’d want to go! We really appreciated the house manual and all the local recommendations! We will be back.

Loved our stay at Franck's place! We were a family of four and it was perfect. The kids had a double bed each, including a mezzanine / double bunk which they loved. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 5-day stay and the courtyard was perfect to have brekkie in the morning or chill in the evening. Shower is awesome too, and there's a washer and dryer if you need it. If I was being really picky, the supplied towels are quite small but that was no bother - more of a heads-up if you're used to large towels. We couldn't find the TV remote but we didn't need it after long days of sightseeing. Plus who needs a TV - Canal St-Martin is a gem of an area - very cool to hang out with a wine or beer. Lots of amazing cafes, restaurants , bakeries and coffee shops. Lovely to be in the buzz of a hip area, but off the tourist trail and the apartment itself is very calm, and quiet. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Valère’s place is perfectly located in a vibrant neighbourhood of Paris, but also completely serene once you’re inside the courtyard. We enjoyed sipping drinks on the terrace, cooking dinner in the kitchen and in the evenings we cosied up on the couch. One of our favorite things about the apartment was watching films (cinema style) with the projector in the living room! The place is also beautifully decorated, which makes you feel like you’re the star of your own movie. We would recommend staying here if you’re a family with smaller children, as the two single beds are a bit small for young adults. We had a wonderful time and would definitely revisit! Very nice experience! Super friendly, gentle and flexible host. The apartment is very comfortable and pretty and the placement in the courtyard is cozy and calm. You can reach the centre of Paris in 45-60 minutes with public transportation.

We booked this place last minute due to a flight cancellation. It’s lovely. If you are a family with kids, it would be such a great fit. It would as a great fit for our group of three. We appreciated the fan, the sound blocking windows, and the well equipped kitchen. It’s a bit outside of Paris, but we liked exploring the area around the place. Montreuil is definitely a place where people live and work. I felt lucky to get to be part of it for a bit.

We had a wonderful experience in all aspects of staying in the quiet house. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and very efficient. It is quiet and secure. The location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk to or access the metro for all our outings. The house is in the heart of the city and we enjoyed the some of the best museums, parks, and food in the world. It allowed home comforts in a luxury atmosphere. We are grateful to Luc for the opportunity to experience a slice of Paris neighborhood living and will look to stay in his home again for future visits.

Ms. Agnes was really helpful during our 3-day stay. She was informative about transportation system, market locations and helped us in need. House was clean, fresh and had everything we need. We also liked how nice and and artistic the house looks. Just keep that in mind, it is far from city center and you should learn metro and bus lines well. Highly recommended✨

Our stay was wonderful. The house is on the outskirts of Paris, in a very quiet and beautiful environment, but with good public transport connections to get to the center. The accommodation had everything you needed and the host, Biba, was very friendly and always willing to help. We loved that he left us bikes, it was ideal for walking with my brothers! I totally recommend this place. Comfortable, well-equipped and perfect for a different experience in Paris.

A lovely house near a metro station. The house is fully equipped, has 2 bedrooms, one on the street side and one on the quiet garden side. Outside a cozy sitting area, right next to the kitchen. You can relax downstairs in the garden with a book in a lazy chair. The smart TV offers the possibility to watch Netflix, for example. A short distance away 2 excellent restaurants with a good quality/ price ratio. If we go to Paris again, we will definitely book with Wil.

The DML-LMP team has excellent staff, from booking to check-in for the key handover. Thibaud hosted us very well, flexible and attentive because we were surprised by the traffic jams. The house met all our expectations, spacious, warm, friendly with a large reception table. The veranda delighted children and parents with its foosball table, so phones and screens were put away for a real moment of sharing and conviviality. The kitchen is equipped with quality amenities, utensils and appliances. The stay is very pleasant with its spacious sofa. Cozy rooms with quality bedding and very clean. The premises are fully consistent with the photos on the site. The whole family was delighted and we recommend it. Thanks for this good and merry Christmas.

Samir was kind enough to let us check in early when there were no guests before us. He was very responsive even at night when we had some inquiries. Samir’s place is also near the bus stop and a walkable to the other station. He was also considerate and did not charge us when we had a sudden extra guest for 1 night of our stay. Overall we had a great stay at Samir’s place!

My husband and I did not want to live directly in the hustle and bustle of Paris, so Isabelle's accommodation was very convenient for us. A nice quiet area, just outside Paris. Nice and quiet, well maintained with a view of the sweet little garden. The accommodation is very stylish, new and practically furnished. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Everything you need is there. We lacked nothing. Isabelle was very courteous and friendly. We would choose this location again and again. Many thanks to the hosts!
