A fantastic and adventurous stay on board. The "tiny house" on the Havel is fully equipped like a small holiday home. Great instruction. Immediate response to questions. We were quickly in vacation mode, time and day of the week were quickly unimportant. You glide slowly and comfortably through the water and feel wonderful, a dream.

The landlords are super sweet, warm and friendly! The hood boat was clean and easy to control, driver's license-free. The equipment is basic, I missed a refrigerator very much, but with a cooler bag & cooling batteries it worked. A REWE is a 5-minute walk away. Ice cubes, etc., are also available. The beds or the double bed is something for those who like it harder, but you could bring an inflatable sleeping mat for more comfort ;) At night on the water it is already fresh, so it is recommended to bring a winter blanket. With tea tree essential oil & lavender scent, mosquitoes & spiders could be successfully kept away. (Bring a scent lamp) The toilet and shower may be used at the port at any time. The Havel for sunset indescribably beautiful, even the sunrises! Many spots where you are all alone, very idyllic romantic! We'd love to come back next summer! Many thanks for the rental & service!

The Antje Frieda was a great home for us during the Easter holidays - sparkling clean, check-in by the commissioned company friendly and on point, everything just wonderful. Communication with Oliver was great - responses within minutes and very helpful. Unrestricted recommendation!

We were already on the houseboat for the third time (there are several) and were again delighted with the possibilities this houseboat offers. We were even able to follow the EM. Simply super !

Wonderful place to take a little break! The boat bosses is very cozy and quite spacious for a boat. We were particularly enthusiastic about the roof terrace, which we used extensively despite cooler temperatures (thanks to the beach chair). If you don't have a car, it's a bit tedious to get to some places on the island. However, there is the possibility to borrow bikes in Burg (about 30 min walk), with which you can easily reach all places.

Had the most fun weekend at Szczecin in Oskar's boat house! The area is so private and yet felt so exciting. We were a group of 3 guys and 3 girls from Berlin, the boat house accomodated us comfortably. Oskar was super responsive and friendly. I'd definitely love to visit again. Thank you for hosting us Oskar!!

Great stay on the houseboat. Pleasant atmosphere. I would have liked to stay longer and would like to come back. There was no lack of it. Everything absolutely impeccable and top!!

The houseboat is ideally located: if you want (and the blinds do not close), you will be woken up by the sun, from the living room and the terraces you can look at the Bodden (spectacular sunsets included). To the harbor and downtown Ribnitz-Dammgarten are within walking distance along the waterfront. The partly harsh criticism of the Boddentherme, which may be only a few meters away, we still spent a nice afternoon there. The houseboat is aesthetically and high-quality; we have never seen better or more complete amenities in any apartment. The welcome and instruction was extraordinarily friendly, all later questions were answered promptly. Very pleasant, very exceptional!

My daughter and I had a fantastic vacation. We were warmly welcomed and kindly supported with questions at any time. The neighborhood and the view directly on the water were even more beautiful than in the photos, so you didn't have to do much to still have the full holiday feeling. for me it was a perfect stay, right in the marina, on a floating pontoon. I want to thank Frank for being so nice and let me check in early in the morning instead on 3pm, it was really helpful. Apartment is brand new, state of the art, has a a terrace right by the water and a lot of window surface.

We really enjoyed the little break on the houseboat. The surroundings are great to explore by bike. Pizza and ice cream cups from the Italian in the marina are highly recommended.

The houseboat was a dream to be! Already in advance, Kenan as a host was very eager and provided me with a lot of information about the accommodation in time. Also, the communication was very friendly and fast at all times. The well-being of the guests is very important to him and you can tell. The place itself was exactly as seen in the photos and decorated very well maintained. In high season, of course, there may be other houseboats on the dock next to the boat in the harbor. But that didn't bother me at all and the view by no means diminished! Especially the all-round view from the roof terrace impressed me. Parking spaces nearby are sufficient and inexpensive - a big plus! Overall a wonderful place to relax and perfect starting point for many recreational opportunities, such as swimming, cycling, paddling… 😊

My wife and I booked Max’s house boat for an Easter long weekend getaway from Berlin. We were so pleased with our experience from start to finish - the boat was spacious, clean and cozy. It offered us enough privacy while still being well connected to the city by foot. We decided to cook / eat most of our meals on the boat and the kitchen was well equipped to support this. What we enjoyed most was enjoying a glass of wine in the sunshine from the comfort of the beautiful deck. Max was also very helpful and knowledgeable - you can really see that he cares about his boat and wants you to have a great experience! Bonus points for the warm outdoor shower after we took a quick dip in the water. We‘d definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing weekend away.

We had a wonderful stay in Großenbrode. The boat is just great, especially in bad weather a real experience. You can sit nicely cuddled in front of the fireplace and enjoy the view of the whistling lake. Wonderful! Also the arrival and care on site is very good and super friendly. We will return. Beautiful well-kept houseboat in a very nice quiet area. The surrounding nature immediately invited us into relaxation mode to be able to enjoy the break to the fullest. Amenities, cleanliness and interior were perfect, communication with Max was excellent and accommodating. Surrounding attractions can be reached within minutes by car / bike. We definitely book this fantastic pearl of accommodation again!

we had an incredibly nice vacation on the Souly. Exclusive boathouse, everything new, super clean and well planned from the smallest detail. It offers more space than to guess in the pictures. The large deck terrace invites you to spend great time there at any time of the day. Especially in the evening, you can easily sunsets with a great harbor and sailing backdrop. the hosts are very personable, well organized and always courteous. We will be happy to come back next year, but then we will be happy to come back longer than a week. We sincerely love for the great holiday at your place.

A nice place and great experience, staying so close to the water. Me, my husband and my children (age 3 and 7) loved that we could jump in the water, first thing in the morning and enjoyed the beach close to the boat. Lovely and clean place to arrive at.

Frank was fantastic and great about communicating with us! We loved the boat ride and he recommended a gorgeous route for us to take around the lake and canals of the area. Would definitely come back to do it again!
