In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

New, cozy holiday home with a view of the Bodden and not far from the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast! 70 sqm - spacious living and dining room with fireplace and open kitchen. 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed and a bathroom with its own sauna. Fully equipped kitchen with access to the Teressa, which invites you to barbecue. A campfire is also possible. The bungalow is fully equipped with underfloor heating and there is a parking space, on the property, as well as another on the Baltic Sea.

The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

The beautiful designer wooden house in the Märkische Schweiz (50 km from Berlin) is located in the small artist village of Ihlow, and offers a beautiful view of fields and forests on 65 m² of living space with a large window front and 35 m² of covered terrace area. There is a large living, dining and cooking area with a wood-burning stove, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have infrared heating. Each bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60).

House in the middle of nowhere

A house in nowhere. Quiet, views and plenty of water around. The right house for a weekend or a week in the countryside. The cut is optimally suited for families and couples, rather less for friends. Large (55 sqm) studio with three beds, kitchen and fireplace. Huge (4,000 sqm) garden, the Havel and infinite soundtracks for swimming or fishing in the immediate vicinity. We offer our small bungalow style apartment on our property in the tranquil Börnicke on the outskirts of Berlin for rent. It's a 1.5 room apartment with a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Our bungalow invites you to absolute relaxation due to its location on the edge of the forest and the green fields lake within walking distance. But also Berlin could be reached by train in about 15 minutes.

Our smallest house on the grounds of the "Alte Schule" in Damerow is the Wildhütte. On the former orchard, where rabbit and deer sometimes meet, we would like to welcome our peace-seeking and nature-seeking guests. We offer a small cozy and lovingly furnished bungalow with garden for max. 2 people. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a couch in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).

BasseO 250 meters to the lake

We rent our nice little cottage 27m2, 2min walk from Wandlitzsee to Strandbad 3min to Surfyng club ca.5 min, 500m from Wandlitzsee station. Bakers, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop in front of the door, nearby Berlin, other lakes nearby Wi-Fi is not available everywhere. If you have any questions, you can send us a message at any time.

Blue house on Lake Plauen

The vacation home is located in Quetzin. Over the last few years, we've renovated it from scratch. Lake Plau is only 100 m away. A nice swimming area is 3 minutes away. The sleeping loft is the highlight of the house. Unfortunately, the stairs up are very steep and not necessarily suitable for small children. A sofa bed is also available.
