The swimming pool is not open to the public and is shared with the property. The spa and relaxation area can be used upon request and for a fee. Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

A huge flowered terrace on Orvieto rooftops will make your stay a memorable one! The terrace is fully furnished and lit: the place where relax and sunbathe during the day or enjoy intimacy at night! Private parking is available at no extra cost.

Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to access our car park during closed hours. Historic residence right in the heart of Assisi's old town, convenient for getting around on foot, with free on-site parking. The house features a spacious dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television and heating.

La Terrazza di Vittoria is a delightful studio on one level surrounded by silence and greenery. It is located a few meters from the main house and just 2 km from Città della Pieve. The large garden surrounding the house is a natural terrace overlooking Lake Trasimeno. It is enriched by a pergola equipped with a table and barbecue available for your meals in total relaxation. Inside, in a 40 sqm space, there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

The cottage is located 4 km from Castell'Azzara, surrounded by the greenery of an olive grove consisting of 38 olive and fruit trees and surrounded by wooded land and pastures, overlooking the valley offering a breathtaking 180° view starting north with the Fortress of Radicofani until descending towards the west to get lost on the horizon among the Sibillini Mountains. 300 meters from the provincial road, it can be reached by a dirt road.
