Wonderful house in peace and beautiful nature. Everybody comes to sit in their own corner and then we just lost each other. Being Anna and Max very welcoming and sweet. This will make you feel immediately welcome and at home. Lovely pampering will complete it all.

We felt completely comfortable in Uta's cottage! Communication with Uta was great. The accommodation is super quiet on the edge of the village - perfect for really switching off. Inside, everything you need is there: a small, well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a comfortable bed, a cozy sofa with TV - everything to make you feel at home. Beautiful walking paths start right outside the door. Our highlight was the completely fenced (dog-proof!) garden. There, our furry friend could run around freely, play or doze in the grass. Everything was there for the dog (dog blanket for the sofa, food/water bar, garden hose and towels). From the terrace, you have a great view of the greenery - ideal for letting your thoughts wander or enjoying the sunset. In short: For us, the perfect accommodation to unwind and simply let your mind wander - far away from the hustle and bustle, neighbours and everyday stress.

It was a wonderful stay! We really fell in love with this house. It is very cosy and nice, we had everything we needed to relax in the pesceful surrounding of nature. The host was very kind and fast in reponding, ready to help with all requsts. We did't want to leave.

What a beautiful place Christine and Tom have, in the middle of the old town! The house is very cozy & well equipped and both Arnsberg and the surrounding area are beautiful. In addition, the contact with the hosts was very nice. Absolutely recommended!

Our stay with Alexandra in the green house was terrific. Communication with Alexandra was friendly and quick in response. The house is very secluded and yet close to the cute village of Burg. It was clean, spacious and had all we needed. We loved just sitting out in front or in the back in the afternoons and dropping on the enormous coach in the evening. Highly recommended.

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm manner. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in every corner. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Johannes is a great host, everything well prepared. The apartment is well laid out and everything you need is on site. Even a terrace with a view of the garden. The residential area is very quiet, you have to go somewhere else to eat. He even provided a bicycle on request, very good.

We stayed here for 2 days and felt very comfortable. The apartment is spacious, clean and lovingly furnished. It was especially great for us that we were able to check in earlier and rest a bit before our first activity. Thank you!

We were already at the alpaca farm for the second time, this time with two small children. It felt like coming home and we had a great time again. Especially the two options for sitting outside (one of them covered) are great. The location is quiet and surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxing. For the children, the alpacas, chickens and cats and the playground with sandpit, swing and slide were a real dream! We will be happy to come back :)

We spent the Easter weekend with 6 people and a toddler. Manfred was extremely courteous and helpful. The place was incredibly beautiful, well equipped, very clean and also very lovingly furnished. The surroundings there are fantastic! Child-friendly was also just great. We had a perfect stay and would fully recommend this place! Thank you for everything!

A really nice place and surroundings! Had a very romantic weekend with my fiancée. I booked the "Romantic Package" and it was really worth it and was a great surprise for my fiancée. The place is very large with beautiful views. Fireplace, hot tub and a bottle of wine made the weekend especially romantic. There is a wide range of good restaurants and leisure activities such as archery, mini golf, sauna, high ropes course and much more in the area. Beautiful house for an unforgettable weekend away with our friend group. It was our own private castle! Large rooms, comfortable beds, and kitchen and bathrooms were large, clean and well equipped. We were greeted very friendly by the house’s caretaker and contact during and after our stay was very pleasant and friendly. Two small remarks: some of the rooms didn’t have curtains or blinds to block out daylight, and in some rooms the light switches were not working properly or confusing to use. But those are just minor issues because we had an amazing time in the villa. Thank you!

Beautiful house and super furnished, kitchen has everything for cooking, enough blankets and pillows, games, books. Were 16 people and despite bad weather and a lot of time in the house there was enough room for everyone :) Fast very nice communication with Lilia!

If you like something different, yet with all the required amenities, this is the place for you. Situated in innercourt place, the apartment is huge and spacious. It has all the equipment you can think of and a large sauna in one of the bedrooms. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but with all the required grocery shops and restaurants in little walking distance. It is also just 30 minutes walk through a park to the old city of Dusseldorf. The host Daniel was very flexible and provided all the needed information well in advance, so that we had no trouble finding and opening the apartment. Beds were great, both large and comfortable. Also, the little terrace outside the main living room was very nice, as it is secluded and we were lucky to have a warm Dusseldorf evening.

Very friendly host! Beautiful and spacious house. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back with the large group. Everything is child and dog friendly, modern and bright. The only thing that could have been better would have been if our need for rooms (we were guests in a very variable constellation: parents with up to three children, but also individuals) had been requested in advance. We thought that the booking amount would include ALL bedrooms. However, we could have easily booked additional rooms - spontaneously and on site. Thank you for the stay, dear Paul

very nice and quiet place with lovely scenic playground

Located on the edge of the forest, with a large lounge with a fireplace and views of ponds, meadows and forest, the Forest Lodge was an ideal place for us - 5 people with a dog - an ideal place for a reunion over the turn of the year. A nice place for a few days in quiet surroundings that invites you to walks, chats by the fireplace, reading at one of the large windows, cooking and eating together. Sincere thanks for the well thought out hospitality!

Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.
