The Ruhr River and the Ruhr Valley bike path are nearby Train station 8 minutes walk. From Schwerte train station, the train takes 15 minutes to get to the soccer stadium Signal Iduna Park and the Westfalenhalle. From there, it is 3 minutes to Dortmund Central Station Highway A1, 5 minutes by car. Parking spot outside the house.

Located directly on the river, 3.5 room large, classified by the German Tourism Association as 4 stars, non-smoking apartment in a quaint old half-timbered house. It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland Forest Route is right around the corner and many attractions are nearby (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpe is a few minutes away by car. Beautiful, cozy apartment in a central location in beautiful Lüdenscheid. The district of Gevelndorf is one of the most beautiful Lüdenscheids. The Kapellenweg is a quiet side street to disconnect from everyday stress. The apartment is centrally accessible via the public. Parking is right on the street. The apartment is fully equipped and designed for 1-2 people. In addition to a single bed, there is a sofa bed in the living/sleeping area.
