Welcome to this newly renovated and spacious cottage in the countryside outside Öxabäck! Here you live in a rural setting with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Nice hiking trails, walking paths and swimming and fishing lakes are in the vicinity. Large patio at the back of the house with beautiful views of pastures and forest. Here you can relax in the countryside, while it is close to both GeKås in Ullared (35 minutes), Borås (just under 60 minutes) and Gothenburg (just over 60 minutes).

Bring the whole family to our amazing summer house with rowboat, canoe and kayak, trampoline, swings, mini jumping castle and toys for parents to enjoy a quiet moment and the view of the beautiful lake! Feel free to fish in the lake, as we own part of it, our guests have fishing. There are blueberries and chanterelles in the forest, and the nearest neighbors are a municipal shelter. There's a lot of hiking in the woods. There are 9 acres of land with the house, so there's really plenty of space!

A genuine old-style forest cottage from 1879 (a typical Swedish torp); preserved and restored in old-fashioned style. It is located on a very sunny hill in the forest, with open spaces 50 metres in all directions, 600 metres to the nearest neighbor and 100% transparency protected. Nature is at your doorstep and with endless walking trails through the forests. There are several forest lakes within walking distance from the house. Most of them are great for swimming, also for small children.

Drive 1.5 kilometres towards Skene, take the sign for Tocknarås, continue for about 2 kilometres and you will arrive. You can see cranes and deer almost every day and hares. The house is 84 sqm and was built in 1996. In the kitchen, there is both an electric stove and a wood stove.
