A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Nice house by the lake Lygnern. Peaceful and close to nature. Two bedrooms, one with a single bed (140cm), the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed (140cm). In the living room there is a sofa bed (150 cm), i.e. 6-8 sleeping places upstairs. In the lower level there are two 90 cm beds and two folding beds, i.e. 4 extra sleeping places. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, freeze. Extra freezer. Bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating. Extra WC. Sauna.
