Have you always dreamed of a small cottage in the woods? Here you will find a unique little cottage from the 18th century. Here you can listen to the crackling of both the tiled stove and the wood stove. There are beautiful walking trails and exercise trails in the forest and a small forest lake very close by. There are sheep in the meadows all year round and the cottage is located a bit away from the farmhouse where a family with children lives. On the farm, there are also other animals such as cats, chickens and ducks.

The house was freshly renovated in 2021 and is suitable for smaller groups who want simple days in a beautiful environment. The cottage is located between Borås, Gothenburg and Varberg, all of which can be reached in less than an hour by car. Two lakes are within walking distance. Sandsjön has a dock and sandy beach. Öjasjön has a simpler swimming area but is calm and beautiful. There are plenty of trails for those who want to walk or run.

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Welcome to this newly renovated and spacious holiday home in the countryside outside Öxabäck! Here you live in the countryside with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Nice hiking trails, walking paths and swimming and fishing lakes are located in the nearby area. Large patio at the back of the house with beautiful views of pastures and forest. Here you can relax in the countryside, while being close to both GeKås in Ullared (35 minutes), Borås (just under 60 minutes) and Gothenburg (just over 60 minutes).

Welcome to Härkila Tomten in beautiful Sätila. Here you will stay in a super cozy rural cottage with roots from the 18th century. The house is located with the forest just around the corner and with Storån's rich wildlife in front. A great spot for recovery and reflection. The house is completely renovated on the inside and we will eventually also renovate the outside. Bed linens and shower towels are not included but can be added for SEK 120/person. In the living room there is a sofa bed (150 cm), i.e. 6-8 sleeping places upstairs. In the lower level there are two 90 cm beds and two folding beds, i.e. 4 extra sleeping places. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, freeze. Extra freezer. Bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating. Extra WC. Sauna.

Located at Sundsjön and close to the big lake Lygnern and the west coast sea shore. Gothenburg Landvetter Airport is 30 km away and Gothenburg 40 minutes. Enjoy the wood fired sauna and peaceful forest and lakes. Just be sure to leave the house clean and do the booking yourself on airbnb. It is an old house in the Swedish countryside and so when it gets colder a little mouse may like it too. Please let us know as soon as you have an idea of when you arrive.
