With proximity to Vänern, there is the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings with the whole family in this cottage with associated guest cottage for a total of 8 people! Bike path connects this idyll with nice beaches just 5 minutes away, bikes are of course available to borrow for the whole family! Sjötorp/Göta Kanal can be reached by bike in just over 20 minutes (car 8 minutes). Skara Sommarland, Tiveden National Park, golf course, etc. are located in the nearby area! The cottage is also a perfect stop on road 26, on the way to the Swedish mountains!

Charming Kuskbostaden in Hajstorp at Göta Canal

Hajstorp is an idyllic spot by Göta Kanal, about 5 km north of Töreboda. In Hajstorp, there is a café and hostel and many people who enjoy life come here during the summer months. At the southwestern end of Hajstorp is the Canal Engineers' Villa, which was the official residence of the canal engineers between 1902 and 1977. Today, the Lahrin family lives in the villa. In a secluded part of the large garden is the small charming coachman's house. It is from the mid-19th century but has been carefully equipped with a toilet and small kitchen/kitchenette.

In a separate house is our apartment, which is about 35 square meters on the ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and cooking facilities. Toilet w shower. Bedroom with 3 places in bunk bed. (Lower bed 120 x 200) Upper bed (90x200) Living room with sofa bed for two. (140x190) Travel bed. The apartment has WiFi and TV included. Wifi and high-speed wired internet are available for a fee. Adjacent to the apartment is a laundry room with a drying room. Parking next to the accommodation.

A large countryside home on a farm perfect for large families or a stay with friends. House style is preserved from the seventies with several rooms, 4 bedrooms and bathrooms rebuilt. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer as well as utensils. Two TV-rooms with basic Swedish channels equipped with chromecast and unlimited WiFi. A large yard is available with furniture and coal grill. Bed sheets is not included. Bring your own.

This charming 2-storey apartment in a house from 1875 has a lovely view of Lake Vänern. Enjoy the proximity to bird life and the lake. Beautiful garden for meals and recreation. Experience the tranquility along the Väner coast, hike and cycle in nature or swim in the lake. 15 min to Kinnekulle with its attractions, beautiful nature and restaurants. Welcome to the tranquility of the small cottage dating back to the 18th century! Just below Österplana heath and directly adjacent to the pilgrim trail you will find the working residence. Directly below the stairs we reset a mowing meadow and the view behind the meadow out over the field is magical. To Hällekis where Kinnekulletåget stop, it is 4 km. If you have an electric car, you can charge it with us (11 kW) during your stay here.

The cottage is directly adjacent to Vänerleden and 1,5 km away connects Biosphere Trail. Close proximity to kinnekulles hiking trails, mountain bike tracks and cultural sights. Both Skara Sommarland and Läckö Castle are within a few miles.
