Cabin 50 sqm with 2 bedrooms, living room, glazed balcony 14 sqm, fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, shower, toilet and large areas outdoors with part under roof. Outdoor kitchen, gas grill, dining area, beautiful view of Lake Vänern. The cottage has 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and bunk bed and 1 bedroom with bunk bed. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed 140 cm WELCOME🌞

Sunny location morning to night with hammocks between the fruit trees that provide shade if needed. Small flagging that the ceiling height of the 2nd floor is lower than standard. 2 km walk to train connection. From October to May, the house can be rented monthly for SEK 10,000 per month in "cold rent", i.e. the cost of heating and electricity is added.

Kitchen in mini format; fridge, stove top, micro and basic equipment. It is self-catering in terms of towels and sheets but is also available for hire for those who wish.

There are many hiking trails and nice walking paths in the area. 8 km away is a swimming lake where you also can buy a fishing license. In winter, it is close to a large toboggan run. Electric car chargers are available. Cleaning is not included, but can be purchased for SEK 800.

The cottage is directly adjacent to Vänerleden and 1,5 km away connects Biosphere Trail. Close proximity to kinnekulles hiking trails, mountain bike tracks and cultural sights. Both Skara Sommarland and Läckö Castle are within a few miles.

Äppelgården Holiday Home is a small cosy house, situated between the outside of the small village Ullervad and a forest. The river Tidan flows at 200mtr. from the house. The house is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The house is available only on a weekly basis. Mariestad area offers a lot of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and interesting places to visit.
