Bike path connects this idyll with nice beaches just 5 minutes away, bikes are of course available to borrow for the whole family! Sjötorp/Göta Kanal can be reached by bike in just over 20 minutes (car 8 minutes). Skara Sommarland, Tiveden National Park, golf course, etc. are located in the nearby area! The cottage is also a perfect stop on Highway 26, on the way to the Swedish mountains!

And there is a house next to the garage with a bedroom with a double bed. It is about 900 meters to central Sjötorp with restaurants, ice cream parlor, swimming areas, jetties. Approximately 700 meters to Götakanal. Nice red cottage a short distance from the city center surrounded by forests and only two neighboring houses. Perfect if you want to get away for a while!

On Storön, you can experience tranquility, far away from the city but close to nature. Storön is a car-free island with no land connection. Here you will find Lake Vänern, which offers fantastic sunsets and swimming from both cliffs and sandy beaches. We also have a fantastic forest that offers a rich plant and animal life with both gravel road and animal trails. In winter, there are nice ice rinks for long-distance skating. The staff residence is located on a farm and every day there is the opportunity to come along and feed the animals.

Wifi and high-speed wired internet are available for a fee. Adjacent to the apartment is a laundry room with a drying room. Parking next to the accommodation.

In this newly renovated house you live in the middle of nature, with only deer and fenced cows as neighbors. The surroundings are beautiful with a view of forest and oak grove, about a hundred meters away you have your "own" beach to swim from. Cottage next to our farmhouse on the farm with cowshed around the corner for rent. 600 meters from Göta Canal and Hajstorp locks. You will live in an old grain warehouse that has just been converted into a comfortable small accommodation for four people. One more person can fit if two people share a 120 cm bed or if you make the sofa bed. Horses and cows are nearby, so there are also flies. Sometimes you can hear tractors and there is a smell of manure during spring and autumn farming 😃.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our spacious house is great for two families and offers many outdoor activities. Lots of activities can be found in the big garden. We have a large trampoline, swing set, a playroom to keep kids active. With kayaks, you can take relaxing trips in Tidans river. To enjoy fishing (free of charge), you can use our boat. Bicycles are also available. To end the day, we have a hot tub and sauna.

Uggletorp's guest house by the forest

The cottage is 4 km outside Sjötorp and 10 km outside Lyrestad. There is a possibility to get there by bicycle. Göta Canal runs through both communities where there are also cafés, grocery stores, restaurants, swimming areas and museums In the pictures, you can also see the nice Sjötorp, which is 10 minutes away by bike. A perfect cabin for hunters, outdoor enthusiasts or for those who are on the road. There are also bicycles for rent.
