Newly renovated small cottage 2021 with a separate bedroom with double bed and wardrobes and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Fiber is located in the house. Approximately 100 meters to the beach. Good swimming for children. Bike path to Sjötorp where Göta Kanal is located and small cozy restaurants and a small well-stocked grocery store in Lyrestad, which is 7 km from Sjötorp with Göta Kanal. Go down to the edge of Lake Vänern in the evening and enjoy the sunset on the water horizon. Final cleaning is done by the guest, the landlord is not responsible for final cleaning.

With proximity to Lake Vänern, there is the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings with the whole family in this cottage with associated guest house for a total of 8 people! Bike path connects this idyll with nice beaches just 5 minutes away, bikes are of course available to borrow for the whole family! Sjötorp/Göta Kanal can be reached by bike in just over 20 minutes (car 8 minutes). Skara Sommarland, Tiveden National Park, golf course, etc. are located in the nearby area! The cottage is also a perfect stop on Highway 26, on the way to the Swedish mountains!

In a separate house is our apartment, which is about 35 square meters on the ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and cooking facilities. Toilet w shower. Bedroom with 3 places in bunk bed. (Lower bed 120 x 200) Upper bed (90x200) Living room with sofa bed for two. (140x190) Travel bed. The apartment has WiFi and TV included. Wifi and high-speed wired internet are available for a fee. Adjacent to the apartment is a laundry room with a drying room. Parking next to the accommodation.

Downstairs, there is another bedroom with 1 90 cm bed. So in total there are 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. Outside there is a barbecue, hot tub, trampoline, swings and a few other things for the children. Central 1 room apartment with 2 beds and one sofa bed. Ground floor facing the garden at the back of the house quiet and nice. Parking free close to grocery store and restaurants. Simple standard in a house from 1911, ie no hotel. If you want to stay more people, there is 100 SEK/person. The tenant has their own bedding. If you want to rent bed linen, it costs 100 SEK/person. Smoking is not allowed. If you book the same day as arrival, we need about 1 hour to prepare.

The cottage is 4 km outside Sjötorp and 10 km outside Lyrestad. There is a possibility to get there by bicycle. Göta Canal runs through both communities where there are also cafés, grocery stores, restaurants, swimming areas and museums In the pictures, you can also see the nice Sjötorp, which is 10 minutes away by bike. A perfect cabin for hunters, outdoor enthusiasts or for those who are on the road. There are also bicycles for rent.

Äppelgården Holiday Home is a small cosy house, situated between the outside of the small village Ullervad and a forest. The river Tidan flows at 200mtr. from the house. The house is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The house is available only on a weekly basis. Mariestad area offers a lot of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and interesting places to visit.
