Separated from the main house by a shared yard, it features a barbecue area, hammock, and outdoor shower, perfect for relaxation. The condominium is safe, monitored by cameras and staff, and close to the region’s stunning beaches, such as Itacoatiara and Piratininga.

The nearest beach is 10 minutes away by car, the trendy surfers beach of Itacoatiara is 20 minutes away by car, Maricá 15 and 60 minutes to Rio. The perfect place to enjoy nature.
