Have wonderful family days in this beautiful high-end house in a residential condominium, the best of Itaipuaçu. Locação is the entire residence with pool and jacuzzi on the outside (backyard). The kitchen of the residence is fully equipped. Featuring a side by side fridge, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric pressure cooker and more… Charming gourmet area integrated with the kitchen and air-conditioned. The house is 15 minutes from the beach/beach of itaipuaçu.

Our house at Itaipuaçu was built in 2013 on a plot of 2400 m2 in the green valley of Itaocaia. The detached house with 3 bedrooms (including 1 suite), open kitchen with large natural stone bar, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool, soccer field and large barbecue area overlooks the Rock of Itaocaia. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away by car, the trendy surfers beach of Itacoatiara is 20 minutes away by car, Maricá 15 and 60 minutes to Rio. The perfect place to enjoy nature.

House in a gated community located in the center of Maricá. It has Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, an outdoor area with a garden and covered garage, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bathrooms have hot water. Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 have a double bed and air-conditioning, 1 bedroom has a single bed with an auxiliary bed and a ceiling fan. The American-style kitchen and the dining and living rooms complete the spacious rooms of this beautiful and quiet house.
