Separated from the main house by a shared yard, it features a barbecue area, hammock, and outdoor shower, perfect for relaxation. The condominium is safe, monitored by cameras and staff, and close to the region’s stunning beaches, such as Itacoatiara and Piratininga.

Our Maricá House

This stylish home is perfect for group travel. The house holds 15 people. Foot in the sand, opens the gate and is already on the beach of Guaratiba in Maricá. It has a sea water pool, a freshwater shower, a gourmet space with a barbecue area, balconies from which the most beautiful sunset is contemplated. There are 2 suites, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is complete. We have wi fi and TV room The house is ideal for family groups, events, rental.
