What I appreciate most about the house is the tranquility and the feeling of freedom. The proximity to the ocean beaches and the green of the mountains are other attractions. Nothing like relaxing in the jacuzzi under the summer sun next to the family sipping a steep barbecue watered with a stupidly cold beer and then relaxing in the extended hammocks in the area.
