Seafront house with swimming pool in Itaipuaçu/Maricá RJ! A fully equipped space to relax and enjoy the beach and pool in comfort. The house is right in front of the sea. Just open the gate and cross the street to get to the beach. Ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests, with a private pool, outdoor area and a peaceful setting to enjoy special moments. The outside room with a bunk bed is very small. When you go in through the door, you already have to lie down on the bunk bed. We do not provide swimwear!

Our house at Itaipuaçu was built in 2013 on a plot of 2400 m2 in the green valley of Itaocaia. The detached house with 3 bedrooms (including 1 suite), open kitchen with large natural stone bar, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool, soccer field and large barbecue area overlooks the Rock of Itaocaia. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away by car, the trendy surfers beach of Itacoatiara is 20 minutes away by car, Maricá 15 and 60 minutes to Rio. The perfect place to enjoy nature.
