Apartment holiday rentals in Margate Beach

I think this is my fourth stay in this lovely flat. It’s the perfect place to stay. In a peaceful part of town with the most amazing views and, if you are lucky, the most extraordinary sunsets over the sea. If you are a swimmer it has the extra benefit of being very close to the stunning Walpole Bay sea pool. Swimming there are sunset is a wonderful experience.

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

Claires house was beautiful, clearly someone who knows how to make a house feel like a home, but also have the luxury feeling of a hotel. Super clean and comfy. Claire was super responsive and helped us with all our questions. Small suggestion: a bigger bathroom rug to soak up any water from the shower and a small desk or chest of draws in the bedroom to unpack your suitcase into. Everything else was loveleyy and we will be coming again🩷

Caroline is a great host, incredibly responsive and provided great insights to the local area, would highly recommend.

Nicole's place in Margate was lovely, amazing views, heaps of space and great location close to the main areas. Nicole was super helpful and friendly! Would stay again and recommend :)

Really enjoyed our stay here seeing family and friends 😊 Great view of the sea -which is just accross the fairly quiet road And made use of lovely patio area and shared garden Fairly quiet and only a short walk to broadstairs shops etc We walked from train station approx 15 mins Enjoyed the French doors opening to patio having fresh air

We loved staying at the Writers’ Retreat with our three year old son. We felt right at home, and the floor to ceiling windows in virtually every room were incredible. The flat is also double-aspect, which means you get a view of the Lido from the back of the flat. We were close to everything we needed - the beach for a paddle, Haeckles for a birthday massage, Northdown Road for breakfast, and Old Town for dinner. We’ll definitely be back!

In the thick of the action this was a great place to stay for a fun weekend in Margate! Only a 15 min walk into Old Town too. Beautiful sea views from the balcony. We love Margate!

Claire's flat location is perfect, right on the Parade and walking distances to everything! The flat itself has everything that you could possibly need for a short stay - or even an extended stay. I look forward to the next opportunity to come to Margate for I will definitely book Claire's flat again!

Very well located, close to the old town and lots of restaurants and bars close by. Lovely top floor flat, which was clean and bright. Well equipped kitchen with all that one needs to make meals or snacks. Flat had tea, coffee and other necessities to cook (oils, salt, pepper etc). We didn’t cook, but could easily see there was enough equipment and basics to be able to. There’s a great washing machine and detergents too. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay. Really comfortable bed with good duvet and pillows. TV had many channels and Wi-Fi was easy to use. Shower was very good and powerful and there was body, hand wash and conditioner. Lovely towels and we enjoyed our two nights. Highly recommend this place as it was comfortable, clean and central.

Brilliant flat in walking distance of main beach and with some excellent restaurants and bars nearby

The flat is the perfect Margate oasis — less than a 5-minute walk to sandy beaches, a great coffee spot, and the town center. Inside, it’s beautifully decorated, and the balcony with its sea and sunset views is the perfect place to relax in the evenings. Highly recommend!

The apartment is beautifully presented and so clean - we felt really comfortable straight away. The location is fantastic and perfect for a stay with a dog as the beach is just a few steps away. Would highly recommend this property for a chilled out break

We had a really lovely stay in this beautiful bright apartment that thoughtfully provided everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed spending time in the apartment when not enjoying everything Margate had to offer. The location is perfect, will definitely be back.

Great place to stay for a few nights, very clean and modern apartment and the spa bath was great. Only downside was no oven but was easily worked around. Free parking all round the apartment and was very responsive with questions we had. Would highly recommended

The apartment was perfect, not only for its location but the amenities made it feel extra luxurious and elevated, it was also very well equipped; the bath robes were a very nice touch and the bed was unbelievably comfortable . Robbie was extremely friendly and attentive host, very hospitable and easy to get a hold of. The jacuzzi bath and massage chair made this the perfect stay. Can’t wait to visit again, would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic family stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The sea view was a real highlight – perfect to wake up to each morning! Chloe was a fabulous host, had left milk, wine and tea/ coffee for us to use! There was a great map showcasing the walking nearby and the flat itself was great 😊

Magnifique RBNB, encore mieux que sur les photos. Très bien équipé. Décoration super apaisante. Nous avons été accueillis par Pamela avec toute sa sympathie et qui nous a tout expliqué… super accueil !!! Le logement est un des meilleurs où l’on a pu séjourner (balnéothérapie, literie, table de massage, salon, extérieur) tout est réuni pour passer de magnifiques moments. À ne pas manquer !!!
