Holiday rentals with a patio in Margate Beach

Lovely spacious, clean flat for 2 in a convenient location for the centre of Margate. The flat has been furnished and decorated with attention to detail. After parking the car close to the flat we walked everywhere or used the local bus. Would book again!

Absolutely loved staying here, literally 5 minutes if that to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb apartment! The view of the seafront was absolutely to die for—truly breathtaking and the highlight of my mornings. The host was fantastic, always just a call away and incredibly helpful at any time. The only slight downside was the request to remove shoes to preserve the carpet and the steps leading up to the apartment, but honestly, that was a small trade-off for such a charming stay. Overall, a beautiful stay that I would happily recommend to everyone!

I have nothing but great things to say about my stay. Host was so hospitable and really made our time there as enjoyable as possible. The place looked even better in person - everything was clean and presented to a great standard. The couch and beds were so comfy and the living room was nice and spacious. Host was super communicative throughout. I would absolutely recommend this place! Thank you again for hosting us and hopefully we’ll be back soon enough☺️☺️

We had a fantastic family stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The sea view was a real highlight – perfect to wake up to each morning! What an amazing place to stay in Margate. Top notch villa, well equipped and everything to a high standard. Friendly and responsive hosts. Great outside space too for enjoying the sunshine. Will definitely be going back here when we return to Margate. Excellent location too, being close to Dreamland and the town itself.

my daughter, grandaughter and I had a wonderful 2 night stay. The cottage was cosy, comfortable and clean. Although very close to beaches, bars and restaurants, it was still very peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Have stayed at Stuart and Heather's place before and enjoyed our stay just as much this time. The house is beautifully appointed and well equipped, and great value compared to many similar places. The sunny little garden is an extra benefit. Stuart and Heather are friendly, responsive hosts too. Would definitely stay again :)

Stephen was there to hand us the keys and gave us a quick tour of the house. A lovely little house with everything needed for a break and three minutes walk from the town centre. We'd definitely stay again. Try the Crispin Inn pub if you stay - most superb!

The barn was beautifully decorated. Clean and very homely. It had plenty of room and was amazing ,with everything we needed for our stay .The outdoor space was perfect again we had good seating,a bbq ,a fire pit and a wood burning hot tub which was perfect and was ready to use when we arrived .We were surrounded by nature it was stunning. Lisa was amazing , she knew exactly what we needed. Her responses were quick and helpful a perfect host and very kind .Lisa was on hand if you needed her but we had perfect privacy . Nothing was too much trouble .I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Location wise was really good ,not far from Sandwich,Ash and the east coast is a short drive away . Beautiful walks , woodland and totally safe for our little dog . I only wish we could have stayed longer , it was the perfect place for peace and tranquility. Thank you Lisa

We loved our stay here and would go back again in a heartbeat. The house was beautiful, really clean with many things to do, like board games and a wii, and we especially enjoyed the welcome pack which included a voucher for the very local bakery. Lovely walk to both Joss Bay and Viking bay and only a 12 minute taxi to Margate main sands. The hosts were extremely helpful and quick responders to any issues or questions we had.

Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We loved the flat especially being able to see the sea from the kitchen, lounge and the top lounge & roof terrace. Being right in the town means you're close to everything- Convenient for shops, restaurants, cafes & the beach.

We are just on our way home from a lovely stay in Herne Bay with our two children. The apartment was immaculate and roomy, enough space for us all to stay comfortably and we very much felt at home. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side but the apartment is right opposite the beach and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. We would definitely like to return in the future! Really good hub for exploring east Kent. Finding property is easy and it is in a quiet estate with good off road parking right outside the door. Kitchen has everything you need, lounge included TV with Netflix etc and although bedroom and shower/toilet are compact they are more than enough for staying a few nights with good wardrobe and drawer storage.

I came along with my family on a 3 day vacation and we enjoyed it so much! Fiona was very present and quick to reply to any questions I had! Very helpful and very kind! The only little detail or advice I would give is to include a full body mirror as there were 3 girls and wanted to look in the mirror before leaving the house haha but it is not a huge deal. John was a great host and responded quickly to the one question we had. His instructions were clear and helpful so finding the place and getting in was made easy. The flat was very clean and uncluttered. It was quiet but close to the shops, restaurants, harbour and beach. The patio garden was a big plus. Nice comfortable bed and good shower. Loved the flat and would like to return soon.
