Vom Bioladen, Supermarkt, Bistros, Restaurants, Bank und Post....alles in Fussnähe und mit einem Rad (kann ausgeliehen werden) ist man in 10 Min. am Rhein o.Badesee. In die Stadt bzw. zum Bhf kommt man mit der Linie 1 (2 min.)oder Linie 7 (15 min) Fahrtzeit 14 Minuten. Buslinie/Bahnhof Neckarau (7 Gehmin).

Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

The tastefully furnished and well-equipped flat with balcony and with a wonderful view of the Mannheim skyline, the river and the Palatinate (21st floor) is very centrally located just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, the Luisenpark and the university clinic with direct tram connections in front of the door (city centre, train station, Heidelberg). Free parking at the weekend.

Kostenlose Parkplätze sind 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Bitte nur auf dem Balkon rauchen.
