Welcome to our apartment, spanning approximately 85 sqm across two floors. If you are considering our apartment please do keep in mind that it is one of the oldest houses in Stockholm and a lot of the original quirks are still intact. Hence do not expect stairs and amenities to be the same size or shape as in modern US buildings! Our apartment has two separate bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable 160 cm wide double bed, and sofas that can be transformed into two additional parallel beds, so there is ample sleeping space for everyone. Additionally, there is a cozy loft area with two more beds, perfect for older kids (please note that the loft has limited space and height). Baby cribs can be rented for an additional fee. The living room offers even more sleeping options, as the sofa can be converted into three parallel beds. Whether you're traveling with family or a group of friends, everyone will have a place to rest. The apartment boasts a full bathroom on the first floor and a petit convenient toilet on the second floor. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso coffee machine, oven, and hob. Prepare your favorite meals and enjoy them in the dining area. During your stay, you'll have access to the entire flat, which includes complimentary WiFi for your convenience. The beds are made with fresh bed linen, and towels are provided. We also provide a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries for your comfort. Start your day off right with complimentary coffee and tea. Experience Stockholm and trendy Södermalm in this apartment located in a turn-of-the-century building at cozy Mariatorget. Less than four minutes away you will find the subway and right outside the door there are restaurants, cafés and grocery stores (lovely cheese shop in the same house!). The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed and a specially designed work corner. The kitchen and living room are in a lovely open floor plan with windows overlooking the rooftops and with a large fireplace to curl up in front of in winter.

From this beautiful apartment in Alvik, you are close to beautiful walking paths around the Mälaren lake, but also the subway, bus & tram that takes you smoothly to Stockholm's central parts in 15 minutes. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed, and on the upper floor, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed. On the upper floor, there is also an open sleeping area around the fireplace with a 120 cm bed and 2 extra mattresses, if more sleeping places are desired. The accommodation has everything you could possibly need.

Welcome to my place! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to Stockholm. Located in Old Råsunda, “Swedens Hollywood”, where Ingmar Bergman (famous Swedish director) shot many of his films. The area also has many exquisite restaurants, wine bars and cafés and is only a few minutes (by foot) from Friends Arena as well as Mall of Scandinavia, Northern Europes largest indoor mall with excellent shopping opportunities.

Arrive around 15.00, leave your bags and head out into the city. I would try to make a quick stop at either the Museum of Modern Art or the newly renovated National Museum, take a walk around the beautiful island of Skeppsholmen, overlooking the Royal Palace and the Old Town before having dinner at Sturehof or any of the other restaurants downtown. There are also some very cosy restaurants located in the neighbourhood, including Ett Hem.
